I appreciated that the house was clean and had the amenities we needed. It is on a very busy road and didn’t have much for kids to do so I’m not sure I’d recommend it for families. One mattress was extremely hard, but the rest were comfortable. As others mentioned, the second floor gets very warm.

This is a nice older house that has been updated with new appliances and for the most part newer furnishings. It has a pleasant charm to it, and we enjoyed it as a family. The property manager was very responsive to a request from us and we very much appreciated that. As other reviews have stated, the A/C upstairs didn't cool it down much and we stayed during a 104 degree heat wave. There was however a fan provided in the bedroom closet that we placed on the main floor and angled it upstairs to move the cool air up. Very small inconvenience and it worked to cool things down upstairs so we were comfortable. Being that this is and older home, to be honest these type of things can be expected and it wasn't a big deal. The single biggest complaint is that the cleaning people didn't do their job. The floors were extremely dirty. A couple of our kids were in bare feet and the bottoms of their feet were black after just a few minutes. The management company should have a word with the cleaners and make them do a much better job. The rest of the house was ok, beds were nice, lots of towels and supplies, we didn't want for anything. A previous review stated he thought the house was haunted, that is total BS as we enjoyed everything about this house except for the dirty floors. Don't hesitate to book this property, you will enjoy it also and I am sure after this review, the floors will get mopped!

It was to hot upstairs to sleep You should not rent it out in the summer until you fix the AC upstairs Fix the AC and you would have a great place to stay. The property manger said the AC has been broken for awhile. Your on line listing should have stated your issue with the AC

The house was very clean and well stocked ! The only thing we didn’t like was there is kind of only parking for one car. We had to park our second car on the side of the house next to the street in the gravel which wasn’t really a spot? But other then that it was very nice!

The house was fine. Not the cleanest and the location was lousy on a busy street with kids. Pretty sure the house is haunted as well. If you’re in to that sort of thing, book here! The price is right but they locked us out of the backyard which was lame.

We stayed for about 10 days with a group of 8 - 2 adults, 2 pre-teens, 3 small kiddos, and a 2month old lol. There was plenty of space for all of us, a huge dining table that could have fit more than just our group, and a nice kitchen space as well. The kids enjoyed the backyard, and us parebts enjoyed the covered front porch lol. Also very convenient location close to grocery stores, close to downtown and near pretty much anything you might need during your stay.

Spent a week here during a speech and debate tournament. It was spacious and comfortable, and served as a great homebase for us all week. The central location made it easy for us to get where we needed to go quickly. The host even accommodated a last-minute change to our plan when we arrived a day early. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice home for our stay and had every thing we needed. It’s on a busy corner and a bit noisy during the week. Bring your own shower soaps and it would be nice if they provided an ironing board and iron but all in all very convenient location.

Absolutely beautiful home in a lovely area. Centrally located with a great selection of restaurants and activities being a less than 5 minute drive away. Very walkable neighborhood. The home was very clean, modern, spacious, and comfortable with all the modern amenities. We loved the shaded outdoor seating. Would certainly stay again!

Great family 3 night getaway! Enjoyed backyard in the late afternoon and evening! Nicest grill I’ve ever seen at a VRBO, the gas fire pit was a nice touch! Nice kitchen ! Comfortable beds and bedding. Convenient to Safeway for groceries! Easy drive to downtown beach, park and splash pad!

Overall we were pretty happy with the property. There were some areas that we felt were not up to par on cleaning. The twin bedroom needs better blinds. Overall we enjoyed the space and our stay.

15 Monte walk to downtown and the water front taking Government Way. Beautiful and charming home. We loved it!
