We loved this house! It has everything you need and is very secluded so there’s a lot of privacy. Contact with the agency was very easy and they quickly responded to any emails. Highly recommend!

My family and I stayed in this property last year when it was brand new and we LOVED it. The size, number of rooms, layout worked perfectly for us. The kitchen is upgraded and beautiful and the home is nicely decorated. It's in a beautiful, remote location in the mountains; however, still relatively close to a grocery store and other stores. However, this year, it was clear that the home had gone through a good amount of wear and tear over the past year and not much had been done before our arrival to refresh the place. The carpets and sofas had visible and large stains. Some sofa pillows were torn. We couldn't change the temp of the oven, one of the FireTVs didn't have remotes that worked, and some surfaces had not been cleaned. Hopefully, the owners can do more to keep this beautiful home refreshed and cleaner overtime because otherwise it could be really amazing.

This house was a perfect home away from home for our group of 13. We had family from 18-81 and everyone was happy with the accommodations. The house was as described and pictured. Lots of room and space for everyone. So much to do at the house and in Gatlinburg.

The property was stunning and it comfortably housed 12 people. Our entire check-in/out process was smooth. When we did contact the owners they answered promptly. The cabin was about 15 min away from main attractions and Walmart. Will definitely stay again.

Absolutely stunning views! The property itself was great! We had plenty of room and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a great property for a family. My wife and I were joined by 2 of our married children and there families. It was great for the cousins to be together and the number of bunk beds helped them have quality time. The owners did a nice job renovating and furnishing the home. Any deficiencies were caused by previous visitors that were rough on furniture and the property. We are seasoned VRBO customers and accept those issues as customary. Recommend this property to open minded visitors. This property was a great launching pad for us and we all slept like logs when we got back. Nice and quiet.

We had a wonderful time staying at this home over the 4th of July weekend. Everything was as advertised and we had no issues.

Lots of room for 3 families coming together for a family reunion. Spacious and well appointed kitchen. Three levels so plenty of privacy for everyone. Loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the view and the quiet. Loved being close to Dollywood, shopping and hiking.

Location is great. Short drive to downtown. Property manager always quick to respond. Easy drive to a few trailheads nearby. Spacious and fun house for our large group with great kitchen. A couple of faucets need to be tightened up but otherwise bathrooms were great. Wish the picnic grill was a little bigger for the group we had but we made it work.

We messaged hosts months before ever staying, never heard back. When I called once we were there with a question, never got a phone call back. Finally when I messaged them through VRBO, they responded to my message asking for more garbage bags that we basically get what we get (3 for for 4 days with 12 guests). When we came across little messes here and there we tried to brush it off but we found: dirty dishes, broken furniture, cockroaches and dirty floors. The front door didn't lock. You're provided a single roll of dollar store paper towels, a bottle of cheap dishsoap smaller than a salt shaker, and 3 dishwasher tablets for an entire 4 day stay. The dryer does not work. We had people try to time using bathrooms while out of the VRBO so we wouldnt run out of toilet paper, and we still did.
Truth be told, I don't mind a couple cleaning misses, I get mistakes happen, but when you're paying a cleaning fee as well as the hosting fees and cost of the rental - there is no reason your guests should ever have to take away time from their vacations to purchase their own cleaning supplies. They cheaped out wherever they could, but in my opinion, if you're providing cheap products you have to provide enough of them to last your guests. I expected the conditions of the home to match the beautiful view, but no other rental I've stayed at has provided so little for it's guests. Im surprised at the high ratings that also mentioned the lack cleanliness and supplies.

We arrived at the cabin in several cars from Asheville, NC, Knoxville, Tn, Atlanta, Ga and Cincinnati, Ohio respectively. We had no problem locating cabin but was taken aback bit the steep hill climb to get there. There was plenty of parking for the 6 cars. We had a wonderful birthday celebrating for my 80th birthday. Enjoyed the privacy of the beautiful cabin. Cookout on Saturday was wonderful and the weather could not have been more scenic. Overall, we enjoyed every minute. We did have to request wine glasses as there were only 4 available and no linen for the sofa bed downstairs but when linen was requested, it arrived within an hour of our request. I recommend linen to be stored on site since a sofa bed is advertised

Beautiful house in a great location.
Plenty of space for our group of 9.
My only complaint would be that the house is missing some essential items that most rentals provide including hand soaps, shampoo/conditioner, tissues, paper towels, etc. However, we made a quick run to the store and were able to purchase anything the house was lacking.
Overall, great views and loved the privacy! Would definitely recommend!

Cloud Nine was perfect for our big family! We had plenty of room, great views and ideal location. We traveled to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge several times from the property with ease.
We did have a minor issue at check in with a storm door being locked so we could not get in. The property appeared clean on arrival but later we noticed some floors that were never swept and dirty bed sheets. I will say that was very upsetting to find at midnight.
The property is beautiful with several amenities. We would definitely stay here again. We just hope it’s cleaned better next time.

The location was great! Not to close but not to far away from downtown. Plenty of room for our entire group. Bathrooms were well stocked with towels and the hot tub area had plenty of towels for us as well! Highly recommend!

Loved this home. I stay at a lot of homes while traveling. This house was HUGE and super clean. Modern and up-to-date. Plenty of room for our whole crew. Beautiful views and close to town. HIGHLY recommend.

The location relative to the cities is great, a bit away, but still close. The house itself is wonderful; the kitchen is great, though it’d be nice if it had another pan or two. The playroom/TV room downstairs was great. It had a lot of space, and generally it was cozy to be in. The view really is amazing!
The water pressure is not great and the beds for the adults were on the hard side. The hill to get up was a bit precarious, but that is to be expected in this area.
Overall, the experience was great for the cost and we’d love to spend time there again someday.

This cabin is gorgeous. Plenty of space and an unbelievable view both inside and out. It’s very convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. We shall return!

The property was beautiful! There were a couple of issues that got resolved right away. We wish there was a way to communicate through the Vrbo app, but we had to call if there was any issues. There was no drawers or any trash cans or storage in the bed rooms to put things away. These weren't things that ruined the experience it was still plenty of room for our family of 14. It was a short drive from downtown and pigeon forge. We would definitely stay again.

The house was perfect for us. The views are amazing. The house was clean and close to Gatlinburg. We all loved it.
The drive up to the house is steep and intense. It was covered in leaves which made it impossible to know where the path was at night. Some solar lights or reflective stickers along the way would help. A leaf blower or rake would make a great addition.
Some sheets were missing but all was resolved super fast. The stove and oven are complicated to use. We’d love to come back

It’s not worth to stay. We had snakes in front of door.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful, luxury cabin. It had everything we needed and more, and the views were gorgeous. It is new (or at least newly rehabbed) with luxury appliances, new high quality furnishings, large new deck. The decor is modern and comfortable. It was nearly perfect. The only constructive feedback, which I shared with the owners, is that it seemed the floors had not been cleaned.

It was a wonderful experience. The views were fantastic and many deck areas to sit and relax and eat. We even saw a bear which thrilled all of us. There were 3 levels in the house giving everyone lots of space. The kids and adults really enjoyed the game room and the hot tub. The place was well equipped with anything you could want and also some fun family games. It was close to the park and Gatlinburg. It was a great stay.

So much room for everyone. Place was very clean and stocked with everything we needed! We even got a bear in the yard 2 times! Great place all around! Will definitely be back :)

The pictures are very accurate. A lot of places give you false pretenses but not here! You have a beautiful view and no close neighbors that you can see. The property was clean and very nice. We definitely will be returning here.

WE ALL loved the house and would stay there again! House was spacious and great for families, the views were beautiful and the location was perfect! Lots of activities close by and restaurants. It was nice to come back at the end of the day and relax by the fireplace. Highly recommend this property!

Our group was looking for a place to have a young adult retreat that could fit 16 people and this house did it perfectly. It had the right amount of space not to mention it is a gorgeous house and it’s far from plenty of attractions that the Smokey mountains had to offer. Our hosts were also easy to reach and helped us with whatever questions we had I definitely give it 5 stars.
