The property had everything the pictures depicted but … the seating could only accommodate 5 people and the couch was so uncomfortable to set on the wooden frame of the couch. After long days it would have been nice to be able to relax and watch tv.
Our other biggest issue was the NOISE LEVEL in this home. Every garbage truck, truck, large equipment truck, car was like it was in the bedroom and living room with us. Lord help us if someone HONKED! The bedroom seemed to be worse than the living area.
For this reason alone I would rent here again but the space served 6 adults well with bed and bath setup. Maybe add a few more pieces of silverware?
The person on the bottom bunk said it was very hard but take that over the street noice option.
Again, it COULD be a great property with a few changes. Very nice host!

Great location for visiting DC

Comfortable home for a 1 week trip to DC with my family, 4 adults and 2 kids

Clean, plenty of supplies, slept 6 very well.

It was a great home with many sleeping spots. The only problem we had is that hot water would run out after 2-3 showers and there were 6 of us.

Great location and perfect unit. It worked perfectly for the family stay. The only difficulty was street parking but we manage to find it relatively close.
Overall the unit was clean, the beds comfortable and the kitchen and all available tools served us very well for family breakfast and dinners.

It was an incredible space, had everything we needed, and incredibly clean. Amazing location too. Would recommend for families or friends visiting DC

We enjoyed all the space to spread out and relax after a long day of sight seeing in DC. It was well equipped with everything we needed and more! It was a short walk to the bus stop to get downtown but well worth it. We never had a problem finding free street parking on the street. Highly recommend!

Good-sized rooms for 3 adults, clean bathrooms & kitchen. Very close to local family which was important to us. Could use more small tables/coffee table & lights in living room. Ceiling fans in bedrooms would help circulate air.

The property was great. It was easy to cook and eat for a big group. There were plenty of towels and pillows at the property which is always amazing. Simple to get in, lots of bus stops near by. Subway not too long of a walk. Great food very close as well as stores not to far away. We loved it.

Great property! Walking distance to anything you need. Elijah was a great host. The house was warm & cozy when we arrived. Great rental for a friends or family trip.

We loved staying at this house for our trip. It was super clean and comfortable for our family stay. We also never had an issue with finding parking and it was a decent location as well. Loved also the wooden crib where our 2-year old was able to sleep. Some things to note: the largest bedroom had loud street noise at night so that room is not best for light sleeper, and the long stairs is not toddler-friendly, but overall we were happy with our stay. Thank you!

The house was nice to stay in enough room for all of us. Parking on the street at times was not so great but there was parking on the street. We used a couple taxi services the rates weren’t too bad spent only $20 per ride.

Hello me and my family had a wonderful time. It felt so good to be back home in D.C. I didnt get to see everyone but our stay at your townhouse was great!!! The only thing it was alot of mosquitos in the back patio area. We went out to buy plenty of bug repellent. Other than that we a had a good time. Good quiet neighborhood.

We had a great stay and had a very easy time getting around from the location of this house. Everything we did was only a 15 min drive away. We rented a car so didn’t access public transportation. We didn’t have any problem finding parking on the street in front of the house. The house was clean and we had a great stay it looks just like the pictures. Definitely recommend

Location worked well for getting back and forth to the mall. Neighborhood was nice walking to transportation. Metra and the bus lines. Adequate space in on back deck for evening conversations. Plenty to see and do.

The whole experience was very positive. The owners were really responsive. Answering back within a few minutes. The property was as stated and we enjoyed some quality time with family. It was in a good area close to everything. The only 2 small negative things were the siren noise at night on some nights and the first night the central AC didn’t travel to the top floor but the 2nd day was fine.
