-Pets are allowed in our units marked pet friendly only. There is an additional one time $50 fee that applies to guests who travel with pets, otherwise the stay with the pet was unauthorized. A pet, or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee, is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent. DOGS ONLY- maximum 2 dogs, unless previously authorized.

The location was great for us as most of our group were at the campground. When we arrived, it was difficult to figure out which door to enter. “Up” means the attic. When we entered, we smelled cat-odor or similar and there were animal hairs on the kitchen table, couch and bed. The reservation stated that if there were pets on our reservation, an extra charge would be added. What’s the extra charge for? Not to clean. I’m allergic to cats and so it wasn’t the most comfortable of stays for me. We turned on the air cleaner, but it needs a cleaning as well. I did communicate this via the messaging system, but received no response. On a better note, the kitchen is well equipped. The bed was comfortable as well. Had a great time on our overall trip though

The place was immaculate and well equipped. Check-in was seamless. And, response from owner/s was very prompt. We were in the upstairs unit, so no deck/patio, but as advertised. Just be prepared for the steps if you have a lot of gear/luggage. Short jaunt to the strip and 15-20min to wine country. We rented a golf cart from Barley Vine Tours, and they bring the cart to your door. They were also very responsive. Carts can go from the property, to the Breakwater Beach (nothing above 35mph). Would definitely recommend the property and/or stay again.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We definitely plan on using you again. Great response times to our questions. Place was super clean and we lacked for nothing. The outside steps going up to door are a bit of a challenge, especially for small children or the elderly. One misstep could lead to an injury. I believe a warning of these might be advisable. Otherwise could not have been better!

In town for a nearby college track meet. The loft was exactly what we expected from the pictures. The combination lock was handy so we didn’t have to deal with keys. The stairs were extremely sturdy so no worry there. We didn’t cook anything because we were gone all day but it looked like everything you would need was there. Very cozy and comfortable! Thanks!

This wonderful upstairs apartment is perfect for two. Bed is very comfortable and the place was very clean. We stayed over Christmas and the area was quiet and felt safe. Would stay again

Loved this little second story apartment for my stay in GOTL. Very comfortable bed. Full-size fridge and sink. Great table for games and a sitting area for 4 guests. Took advantage of wifi. Shower small for larger individuals and pack light (steep external staircase). Downstairs guests were no problem-- still very private. Hope to return.

Small and cozy. And very clean. Quiet street setting with a nice view of the lake from two directions. It was nice hearing the waves at night from the upstairs deck. The shower is very small and claustrophobic feeling ( dark shower curtain made it feel smaller.) Parking was close by and off road which is great. Downstairs guests were noisy , but other than that enjoyed our stay and visiting the strip off season was nice . Would like to stay again in Summer .

The property was clean and cute and just perfect for my fiance and I while we spent a weekend away to celebrate our 10th anniversary. I love that Sunset has their own taxi service too. That made everything so much easier. They were very helpful and I will definitely book with them again.

The apartment is charming and perfect for my specific needs. It was very quiet all week as I had no downstairs neighbors until Friday evening. Loved the location and proximity to the lake and Geneva Township Park. Please note there are seventeen metal steps to climb with luggage so pack light!

The view was great. The bed very comfortable and being able to walk across the street for gorgeous sunsets was priceless. We liked to walk so the back roads to the bike path to the strip were perfect. The bathroom was a little tight but space is at a premium there. I would replace the coffeemaker as it leaks daily. Great stay. Just wish we would have had the opportunity to rebook for next summer.

Staying at this loft apartment was such a wonderful find! I didn't expect it to be so nice. It was close to everything but far enough away from the noisy activity of the strip. I loved that it was calm and quiet. I will stay here again in a heartbeat. The ease of the check in and the accommodations were better than expected. Thank you!

We were looking for a little getaway over Easter weekend and came across this adorable apartment right on the lake. It was perfect for the two of us!

The location is decent, you can see the lake easily from the window and the size was great for us. The strip is about a mile down the road, we enjoyed walking into town to get donuts Saturday morning. The couch was comfortable, but the bed was not. I would bring your own pillows as well unless you're a stomach sleeper. We knew about the staircase, but it was more difficult to navigate than we expected with our dog and our kid, anyone else probably wouldn't have trouble unless you're in heels. The condo had a few spots where the floor was broken, and there was no soap in the bathroom. The temperature is also a bit difficult to get to a comfortable place, but we made do.

We had a great stay here. The location was perfect, just off the lake and near a lot of amenities. The place was really clean and had a lot of new appliances in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Geneva for any period of time!

I stayed in the loft with my fur baby. He was not happy about the metal stairs but he had to get use to them. Some dogs might be very resistant. The kitchen was nice and I loved the couch. The heat worked very well as it was very windy and chilly outside. You are very close to the lake except it runs along peoples yards so you can't spend time there unless you get to an actual access point. We did walk over to see it though. The bed was comfy. they had ample towels for our stay. The light fixtures are cool. Nice four person dining table. I loved the huge deep sink. I was close to the strip and Geneva state park. The parking had a confusion but not a big deal. The downstairs neighbors do have a deck and it is right below the window so when they sit out there you can here them talking. It was a normal noise level for having people below me. Not to bothering.
