Nice comfortable overnight stay near to centre of town.

Central location for walking around Cheltenham. Private parking adjacent; room comfortable with good facilities; automated entry process worked well;

Minor observations: Actual Car park entrance not entirely clear ("no entry" sign masked code pad); Had to try and avoid pulses from aromatic air freshener in lobby! (wife is very sensitive to these); Intermittent background noise in room (from air con?) which did stop overnight.

Brilliant place, fabulous location & excellent communication

Fabulous property that was well equipped with all mod cons including a coffee machine, clothes steamer and hair dryer amongst others! Very clean and brilliant communication with and early check in too! Great location.

Only thing was karaoke on downstairs til 11pm but it was a Saturday night so this is fair enough! We had food in the Filipino restaurant where this happens and it was delicious.

Fantastic location and lovely room would definitely stay again if I wanted to overnight in Cheltenham

Room was big and spacious. Well located

It was good a magnifying mirror was provided but it needed cleaning was very smeary

Good accommodation but not a good night's sleep

The accommodation was well organised and presented

Noise from the bar bellow until midnight. Noise from the flat above at 5am. Bright ceilling LED that made sleeping more difficult.

I will be staying here again

Excellent stylish, comfortable and clean accommodation in central location with all mod cons and facilities with the additional benefit of private car parking. Crescent Place offers outstanding value...5 start luxury for competitive rates.

Comfortable! Warm! Welcoming!

Bed was super comfy, shower was spacious with nice smelling products to use. Great location, 2 minute walk from town centre

Only negative from our experience was under the bed was very dusty and had empty wrappers from previous guests. But overall it was a lovely stay!

Wonderful stay in Cheltenham. Many things to do and places to visit easily by bus - eg Gloucester and Tewkesbury. Cres

Great location in the centre of Cheltenham. Room very comfortable and spacious. Bathroom, bed, coffee machine excellent. Modern, ecologically and tastefully designed. Good off road private parking. Staff member very helpful and friendly.

Very modern concept of using QR codes to access instructions (eg coffee machine) rather than paper versions. Might be worth having a paper one available in case a person has eyesight problems or is not technically minded.

Overall was a lovely place we just didn’t get a good night sleep

The rooms were lovely and clean

We had some really noisy people above us that didn’t stop moving furniture round and banging the whole time we were there

Great location for central Cheltenham.

Great location, clean, had everything needed for a short stay, remote check in easy and staff very responsive.

Heating a little noisy and smoke alarm had a strobing green light = although both earplugs and eye mask were available in the room.

Clean, new and well appointed furniture, fittings and amenities.

Had to climb stairs - but given the way the property was built / refurbished this is part of the structure.

Luxious property in a great location

Excellent room with fantastic amenities in a good location. Some real nice touches and the communication from staff was excellent.

Having such a fantastic location on race weekend meant there was a lot of revellers and some noise.

Large amounts of money have been spent to refit the building but too tigjt fisted to instal a lift.building

Bed was very comfortable. The place is spotlessly clean in a terrific location.

Required to drag 2 heavy suitcases up 3 full narrow flights of stairs. No lift, be aware! Shower stall is dangerously small.

I would highly recommend this property, great location with very comfortable rooms with everything you need.

Everything was clean comfortable and brand new. The property is in the centre of Cheltenham and easy to find.

Our room was three levels up on the top floor without any lift, people with mobility issues would struggle to get there but on the plus side there are plenty of rooms on the lower levels more accessible.
