Fijn hotel midden in het centrum

Hotel lag perfect midden in het centrum. Parkeren was wel een dingetje. Maar gelukkig goed gekomen. Een Schone kleine kamer hadden we.maar geluid van buiten kregen we niet te horen.

Eenvoudig ontbijt. Maar alles was er wat er nodig was. De kamer zelf was erg warm.

Une nuit sympathique à Orléans.

La jolie vue de la chambre au quatrième étage sur la cathédrale d'Orléans et la piscine étaient un plus.

Un bémol au sujet du petit déjeuner en chambre qui ne correspondait pas du tout à notre commande effectuée par QR code.

Habitaciones demasiado pequeñas y con vistas inclmodas en relación con el precio. Pagamos como habitación superior y nos dieron una basica diciéndonos que era porque booking cobra su comision.

Morgenmaden var ikke super god. Scrambled egg virkede som en fabriksblanding der var lavet forkert men dette oplyste vi også ved check out for ellers var der ikke noget negativt ved overnatning

Super Lage, gute Ausstattung, sehr nettes Personal.Frühstück und Restaurant sehr zu empfehlen .

Lärmpegel! Wir hatten Zimmer 312….. es ist ein absolutes no go das vor dem Hotel eine Klimaanlage arbeitet deren Lautstärke an einen Düsenjet erinnert! Ich hatte das Hotel als Zwischenstopp einer langen Reise gebucht und konnte keine Minute schlafen ! Bei diesem Preis ein absoluter Vollwitz! Zudem läuft das Waschbecken nicht ab und das komplette Zimmer ( vor allem Bettdecke und Matratze) hatten einen wirklich ekeligen, schweißgebadeten Geruch. Würde dort nicht mehr buchen -sorry !

Très beau séjour dans un hôtel qui de qualité.

J'ai aimé le confort de l'hôtel, sa situation géographique et la qualité de sa clientèle, sans oublier bien sûr ma plus grande motivation: La piscine de l'hôtel.

Le manque d'un panneau indicateur bien visible à l'extérieur de l'hôtel où est écrit HOTEL NOVOTEL, ainsi que l'accès assez difficile au parking d'abord conditionné par un détour , un passage de trame puis un poteau qui exige beaucoup de manœuvres surtout lorsque le véhicule est grand

Chambre minuscule

La situation centrale. La salle de bain et wc séparés .

La taille de la chambre où nos deux valises ont eu du mal à rentrer . Je ne pouvais ouvrir la mienne qu’en déplaçant une chaise qui elle même devenait encombrante dans l’entrée . Un seul petit pack d’eau pour deux , pas de lait corporel, pas de bonnet douche …

Happy to stay again next time

Ceiling was high which ia very refreshing Internet was very fast Room and bath was super clean. Breakfast and dinner available Location was very central. Many attractions are just few minutes walk away. Both receptionists were very friendly and helpful.. We were 4 and in the rooms 107 and 108. I liked the door connecting the rooms inside. Isolation of window was very strong so we did not hear nothing from outside although it is quite energetic place. Accepting dogs.🐶 Breakfast was good, especially liked the brewed tea (Brand Kusmi which I saw the shop in the city too)

Car park slots are little small to make move but ok. TV is very big and nice but only French cable channels. I was expecting Netflix and YouTube too from such a smart TV. We could only connected to our phones for playing music not screen sharing.

L’emplacement.

J’étais venu pour profiter de la piscine et elle était pas utilisable depuis quelques jours et ce n’était pas indiqué, il n’y a même pas eu de geste commercial. J’ai été très déçu.

La décoration. La douche qui est une véritable patinoire. L’odeur de cigarette imprégnée dans les couloirs.La caution payée à notre arrivée sans prévenance aucune et sans constation .

Séjour confortable et détente assurée

L’accès à la piscine et sauna en illimité . Endroit calme bien qu’il se situe à proximité de la route. Le personnel est accueillant. La chambre est confortable

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas un vestiaire pour la sortie de l’accès piscine. Prix du petit déjeuner élevé , il serait peut-être judicieux de faire plusieurs formules pour les plus petits appétits.

Great and convenient location for the reasonable price!

Great location, close to the train station and main sightseeing locations. The hotel team is very helpful and friendly, they helped with daily questions and some adjustments that needed during my stay.

It was not very clear how one can get into the garage parking. The room was good, but the bathroom was very small and uneasy to get inside, as you need to walk around the door to get in and to be able to close it. The breakfast choices had a lot of sweet and meat options, so some cheese and other savory options can be beneficial in the future.

Hôtel décoré avec soins, personnel agréable et souriant ce qui fait plaisir. Propreté parfaite dans les chambres mais aussi à la piscine et au sauna.Hôtel situé en plein centre à 2 pas d'une galerie marchande et du quartier commerçant. Avons très bien dîner au restaurant très cosy pour la modique somme de 20 euros par personne. Avons pu laisser notre véhicule au parking de l'hôtel même pendant la visite de la ville le lendemain ( parking payant de 15€ pour 24h). J'y retournerais avec plaisir.

How to get into the parking was a little confusing, due to tram lines and having to get off the road onto what appeared to be a footpath.

L accueil du personnel a été très agréable ,le confort des chambres( avec un grand plus pour les chambres communicantes pour les enfants) ,et l emplacement au cœur de la ville. De plus l hôtel est vraiment décoré avec goût,si nous devons retourner à Orléans nous reviendrons.

La chambre n est pas à la hauteur d un novotel mauvais rapport qualité prix

L emplacement et le petit déjeuner était très bien

La chambre est petite, pas de porte serviette qui d ailleurs n ont pas été changé, pas de nouvelles dosettes café remise ni de nouvelles tasses la tasse sale n a même pas été enlevé.les finitions de l hôtel sont limites.même pas de support pour poser la valise.
