About this apartment rental
A simple, clean and cosy studio apartment with a fantastic location in the city’s vibrant suburb of St Kilda is the ideal place to base yourself while visiting bustling Melbourne—ideal for couples or single travellers.
The compact, thoughtfully designed layout features carpeted flooring and comes furnished with a queen timber bed with quality linen and bedside tables, a two-person dining table and a TV with Netflix. A corner kitchen has a white-tiled backsplash and is fully equipped to stay in and cook up a storm. Make use of appliances including a microwave, small fridge, small oven, and stovetop; as well as all the cooking basics you’ll need.
The bathroom has a small shower, toilet, and vanity as well as complimentary toiletries. For your convenience, the building also has a shared paid washing machine/laundry for those longer stays. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, panel heating and secure, undercover parking for one car.
Please note the common areas are run down and not well maintained by building management. Keep this in mind before booking. Thanks!
Please note, all linen and towels are provided. Some basic necessities are also provided but those that are not are expected to be purchased by the guest. We have found that guests purchase consumables that build up over time. This system seems to work well.
**Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If guests want to receive mail they will need to have it sent to the local post office for pick up.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
