residential area close to the new Zicatela market. Easy access off main highway. Ocean views from palapa and second floor bedrooms. Three king sized suites with large bathrooms and balconies. Three guest rooms with two single beds that can be changed to king size. All bedrooms have on suite bathrooms, air conditioning and balconies. Third story Palapa has an outdoor kitchen with gas stove top, microwave and fridge. Palapa has multiple seating arrangements with dinning tables, work stations and conference tables and chairs. Main floor with open concept kitchen, pantry, and living space facing pool area. Lower bedroom suite is level to pool. Pool side pergola with dinning area. Beautifully done landscaping by corporativo Leslie with natural palms and flowering shrubs. Large pool with four commercial shade umbrellas and eight lounge chairs. All furniture is made locally of parota and other hard woods. Private parking spot and street parking available. Washer and dryer. Two outdoor showers by pool and two extra guest bathrooms. Starlink Wi-Fi.
