Good location in town
Comfy bed
It was hard to find
Host was rude and called me a liar!
(I acknowledged I was late, I did make contact which he acknowledged later, I spent 1 hr trying to get in contact to find the entry and gain access - sat in maccas because it was raining and tried to use their internet).
I had not been sent a code to the key box which would have helped to start with.
I had to be told by people on the street it was down the alley way behind the buildings and was too scared to go down at first in case I was being tricked by them!
Once I was in the room it was reasonable.
I was about to take a shower when I heard someone trying to get in!?!
Turns out it was a shared apartment! Not amused and scared the sh!the out of me.
You can hear people yelling in the mall; got no sleep. And just left early in the morning.
Glad I only stayed 1 night.

Nothing really. Walking distance to Boscombe was good. So that I guess.
Had no instructions before arrival day on how or where to get key. Made the communication myself to be told I only had a double room booked, but booked a triple and had confirmation of this. Didn't get a reply to say if they had sorted this, I rang them for them to acknowledge I had a correct room waiting. So we left later than expecting to travel.
Upon arriving, the parking is very limited, a worker from Mc Donald's who was hanging out the back said there wasn't such parking for A&K. When in fact there was a space.
You have to enter a run down pub through back door to speak to bar lady to get room key. Still having our booking wrote down incorrectly, we got a room, which was ok, we only wanted it to sleep in. But the bedding was used and unchanged. Hair all over sheets and pillows on both beds, sheets smelt dirty too. Which is pretty poor hospitality.
The light fittings aren't even fitted to the wall.
A very noisy room from a large generator or fan from restaurant I imagine, that is never turned off.
For £95/£200 a night, I would find another place.
Beds uncomfortable, 1 pillow each, very basic and dirty walls, beds, door handles. No windows to open, only a French door, which makes the noise from outside too loud to sleep if you open it.
Poor experience.

The lady was pleasant.
I wasn't told that I had to around the back of McDonald's to get into the property when it was late.

The O2 Academy is next door.
The beach is 10 minutes walk away.
There are plenty of restaurants, fast food takeaways and bars nearby.
It looks like some people could possibly be posting reviews scores of 10 to skew the review scores on Booking.com
The building is new but isn’t really finished yet. The apartment still has wires poking out of the wall. Looks like it was painted by somebody who isn’t a decorator. Plastered badly. Paint on widow frames, manufacturers labels on bathroom toilet & windows etc. Windows are filthy. Toilet had several hairs in the bowl. No lampshades.
The construction of this building appeared to be rushed to get it nearly finished enough to get rooms occupied.
The exterior brickwork to this building looked shoddy.
Parking here is not advised as the manager stated “you park here at your own risk”. He mentioned this a couple of times so I thought it safer to park on a street nearby.
The extractor fan of McDonald’s is noisy.
We contemplated moving to a hotel
nearby, but drove home after the music concert at the O2 instead of staying here.

These apartments are in the best location if you are attending the O2, which is next door, although the entrance to the property is around the back of the building. Overall, it was clean enough and did us ok for just for one night, but would greatly benefit from being finished and furnished better.
Firstly, despite confirming our arrival time, we didn't receive any instructions on the location of the access to the building or how to enter. We walked about until we found a door at the back, behind McD's, where there are key safes on the wall, but we had no idea which one, or any code. A man appeared and asked what we were doing and if we were staying. He made a phone call to someone, not in English. He got a key from one of the safes and opened the door, and told us to follow him inside. We took a lift to the top floor and then climbed stairs to another floor, where he opened the door and let us in, gave us the keys, and left.
On first inspection, the apartment seemed clean. The fridge door was open, and it was turned off, so it was not cold on arrival. I wasn't 100% convinced on the cleanliness of the bedding. It had some marks, didn't smell fresh, and the matress sheet was cheap, thin, and bobbly. There was no mattress protection on the mattress either, and the pillows were cheap basic. There are no shades on any lights. There's no bedside light on the one beside unit per room. The bed in one of the two rooms was a squeeze to pass by the end of the bed to the far side. Only one wardrobe with only one hanger in only one bedroom. Only one mirror in the bathroom. Furniture surfaces had coffee stains, and the hob had food remains stuck on as wasn't properly cleaned. There were no kitchen knives or scissors to cut anything if you were to prepare food. There is not enough seating in the living room for four people. The balcony was dirty with cigarette butt's and no privacy between apartments, so anyone else from another could potentially walk past. Towels are not provided (odd), but there were two towels in one bedroom. The overall quaily of fixtures and fittings throughout are poorly finished, no care or attention to detail, even protective film still in place, and the radiator in the bathroom leaking rust.

Brilliant Location close to O2 Academy Bournemouth.
Large spacious rooms.
Newly decorated.
Really reasonably priced.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Really minor, but no mirrors in any of the bedrooms and no pictures on any of the walls.
Slightly difficult to find, but only because the entrance is being renovated currently. This will not be the case in the next couple of weeks.

This place is a construction site, not completed and not safe for habitation, the appartment was not finished the cooker was not bolted in, dust everywere, no were to sit apart from a small old one seat thing, the owner is a scammer and this is some sort of front for something illegal, the guy who meet us looked exhusted. The appartment doesnt have a sea view, there are cameras everywhere its like big brother, the entrance hall was at first stage fit out for construction with a welcome rat box at the entrance was a building site no paint no flooring big holes in the wall, the front door didnt work properly, the outside was filthy, the corridors and stair were covered in brick dust and debis, the inside of the corridors there were excesses security cameras and this felt really creepy, it was like bif brother, the flat its self the sink had no cap so when you ran the sink the water ran everywere, the owner was really rude in text and said i was damaging his property. He asked us to leave when we highlighted the state of the place but refused to refund us our money. I am still battling to be refunded I have attached the screen shots from the owner who accussed me of damaging his property the sink was held together with a plastic bag. The carpet wss like a jigsaw all odd bits put together.
All of it the only nice thing was the poor chap who gave us the keys he was sleeping in the basment I think he was being trafficed
