About this apartment rental
About this space
This sunny 3rd-floor apartment is in a historic row house that was built in 1835.
With the Portland Museum of Art and the State Theater a 5-minute walk away & the Old Port just 15, this home is steps from the best eateries, arts, and shopping the city has to offer!
When you arrive, park your car in your private spot behind the house and forget about it for a while.
The space
-In the master bedroom, there is a king-sized bed as well as a trundle bed with 2 memory foam mattresses that pull out into two twin beds.
-The cozy second bedroom features a queen-sized bed. That bedroom can be accessed through the master bedroom, (see pictures) as well as from a door leading from the 3rd-floor hallway. That door has its own keypad with code.
There are no other apartments on that floor of the house.
For the living room area, we have a queen floor mattress as well as a single rollaway bed available. If you need either, just let me know.
- For the little ones, I have a Pack n Play as well as a highchair available.
** There is not a full kitchen in this apartment. I have instead assembled a kitchenette. (See photos.) There you will have a microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, small fridge, and water dispenser. The kitchenette has been stocked with glasses, coffee cups, plates, bowls & cutlery, etc. Coffee, tea, sugar and honey will be provided.
Other things to note
**Out of respect for our other guests & neighbors, no parties are allowed at the house.
We welcome groups of up to 5. Additional overnight guests must be approved in advance.

We were just there for 2 days in Portland which is a beautiful town. The owner was very easy to deal with. The place was very accessible to to waterfront and was very cozy and pleasant

Location was great to explore downtown and Old Port. Appreciated the off street parking spot, the detailed arrival instructions, the very short and simple checkout instructions, and the comfy beds. But folks with mobility issues be aware, it’s two flights up. Our bad knees were barking a bit. Still enjoyed our stay.

Good place to stay. Property owner very friendly. Can walk to a lot of things. Plenty of space in apartment. Family and kids had a good time.

Went with friends for a girls trip, it was perfect! Having most of the beds in the big master bedroom made it feel like a big slumber party, and the apartment itself was clean and cute! Very convenient location for walking to just about anything in downtown Portland, but a quiet neighborhood for when we came back and wanted to sleep. Having the reserved parking spot was also a huge plus and very convenient.

I stayed here with my two friends for a couple days, as it was our first time Portland. We absolutely adored this apartment; it’s character & charm really made it a fun stay. Jennifer was super responsive with any questions we had & such a great host! The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed, but we did not cook at all, as the food in Portland was really good. The apartment did have a small kitchenette and appliances for quick meals, but if you’re looking to stay in and cook you wouldn't be able to as there is no oven. But it was perfect for us! Highly recommend this stay!!

This place was better than the pictures! Jennifer provided great detail on how to find the place and when we walked in - WOW! The space was full of charm and history. Everything we could have needed during our stay was available and Jennifer went the extra mile to leave us a kind welcome card. The location of the apartment was walkable to the Old Port with several excellent restaurants minutes away. I would highly recommend staying in the place as it was clean, and spacious (for my husband and I), and Jennifer was an incredible host!
