The Sanddollar is the ideal beach getaway for families! This expansive 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhome comfortably accommodates up to 17 guests, ensuring private space for everyone. Adorned in a contemporary beach cottage style, its open floor plan and fully equipped kitchen facilitate effortless family meals and quality time together. The private patio, featuring turf grass, ample seating, and a BBQ grill, is perfect for alfresco dining and unwinding after a sun-filled day.

Families will adore the sizable community swimming pool, with a kiddie section and spray fountains for the youngest members. Additionally, a playground, multiple BBQ grills, and picnic tables are available for outdoor cooking and play.

CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.
-DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS/NO WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS.
-$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days).
-$50 pet cleaning fee (7 days or less), $75 (8-29 days), $100 (30+ days).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was perfect! Rooms clean, beds comfortable, pool on property was nice & fun. Location is close to beaches, stores & restaurants. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay here, my only complaints would be the amount of adults smoking cigarettes at the pool, super nasty and no rules to not smoke or anyone to enforce.

The rental was fairly clean. There was some dirt and hair on the floor in the bathrooms. For the most part the rental was clean. They provided towels, but they where limited. The sheets were clean. The air conditioning worked great. there is a gaming system that only worked part of the time. The back porch area is simple, but i felt like i was going to start the fence on fire if i got the grill too hot. Overall, the experience was good. I would recommend to friends and family. The one big issue was the communication with the property manager was slow over the weekend. We had to walk around to find the pool. There was no key or pass code needed to get in. The paperwork stated otherwise.

Looking for the perfect house for a large party??? Well, look no further than this awesome house! We had 15 people in our family stay here and it was AMAZING!. It is close the beach, close to the grocery store, close to Port A and close to little restaurants. Whitecap Beach is beautiful. The house had plenty of room and plenty of bathrooms. Everyone had a bed to sleep in!!! The pool was super close and perfect for the kids. We will def come back to this spot. The managing company stayed in close contact and answered the phone/text every time we had a question. We were so impressed. We cannot wait to go back!!!

First off when we arrived there was a bucket of fish guts in the back that was left and had stunk up the whole unit. The floors were not clean, ac filter looked as if it had not been changed in a year, remotes for TVs did not work, and if bringing a dog, there is really no grassy areas for them to potty. The areas that do have grass are full of stickers. The unit as a whole was left not clean and the amount of towels listed in the description does not reflect what is actually on site. Would not stay here again.

This was our second time staying at the Sanddollar with Premier Gulf Coast Properties. We love the location and convenience of the Sanddollar. It has everything we need and then some! Communication with hosts is easy and quick. We will be back for sure!

There were a few issues when we arrived, but we called Premier Gulf Coast, and they sent a crew over to deal with all of the issues very promptly. This condo is really nice. The A/C keeps it good and COLD! The bunk room downstairs was great for the 2 kids in the group, and the bunkroom upstairs worked well for the older "kids." The beds were very comfortable. We had 2 dedicated parking spaces, and there are a few "guest" spaces, but every guest spot was full on the weekends. We were able to park on the street just adjacent to the property with a 3rd vehicle in our family. When we went (June 20, 2021) there was construction on the major highway leading to the condo. This made it a little challenging when leaving the condo to turn LEFT onto the highway to enter into Corpus Christi. Just be prepared to be patient, and maybe turn right and make a u-turn. Having 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms gave us plenty of space for our family, and the family room and dining area are very comfortable and welcoming.

This was a great place to stay. Good room options. My only complaint is that there are no drinking glasses. Only coffee mugs. Weird! Also the big trash receptacle was overflowing. Otherwise we had a great time and felt like there was plenty of room for everyone Would definitely stay again.

We rented this home for my son’s college graduation. The check in process was very smooth & easy. The property manager even recommended a few local restaurants including Costa Sur which was amazing! Heed the advice to walk because the parking is atrocious and make reservations. The home was exactly as described on the website. It slept 14 children -adults very comfortably. The beds were comfortable! The kids loved the video game, but the adults had a different opinion due to the inability to turn down the volume. The kids loved the pool area and the beach was a short drive. The back yard was small and just rocks, but exactly as pictured on the website! We would definitely stay at this property again.

This place was exactly what we have been looking for, and especially what we needed for this stay. There was plenty of room, everywhere. It was clean, and well stocked. The location was great, a 5-7 minute drive from the beach. We had to search for something to complain about; there is only one chair on the patio, and the patio door is a little hard to open. This place is very nice. I would recommend it to family and friends, and will definitely check this place out next time I want to stay at the beach.
