Welcome to this enchanting holiday home, a remarkable 100-year-old church hall that has been transformed into a luxurious 5-bedroom vacation rental. Having been featured on the British Home Restoration programme on TV, this unique property blends historic charm with modern amenities to provide a one-of-a-kind retreat.
Upon entering the home, you are greeted by four spacious bedrooms on the ground floor, each adorned with kingsize beds for a restful night’s sleep. The two bathrooms on this level boast shower cubicles, and one even features a deep, inviting bath for a relaxing soak. The main living area is open-plan with a well-equipped kitchen area. As you move through the kitchen, you’ll find yourself in the dining area with a grand high-ceiling and several cosy sofas. At one end of this room, a TV invites relaxation. The utility room has a washing machine and a workspace with a desk. The second living area was once the stage of the church hall, which has hosted a few famous people in its time. This expansive room, filled with natural light from its high ceilings, is a versatile space that can be used for activities such as yoga or simply as a serene area to unwind. Ascend a striking, boldly coloured staircase to discover the fifth bedroom, featuring three kingsize beds. Two additional bathrooms with shower cubicles complete the upper floor, offering both comfort and convenience. For moments of tranquillity and scenic views, the bedroom extends into a study area with breathtaking seascapes over Seascale.
