This vacation house offers the perfect blend of history and modern comforts, with 3 1/2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and a fully stocked kitchen.
Located just 3 blocks from downtown, you'll be within walking distance of all the best restaurants, shops, and nightlife that Sheridan has to offer.
The Burkitt Bungalow is a beautiful 100-year-old home full of history, built shortly after Wyoming became a state! Outlaws and ranchers used to roam across the beautiful hills that Sheridan occupies today. Although the history of this house is very much alive, the Burkitt Bungalow has been tastefully updated to combine its past with modern comforts.
The Burkitt Bungalow can comfortably sleep 12 guests with its three and a half bedrooms, six beds and a queen sleeper sofa. This house has many unique features and mysteries of an old home that make it a special place to stay:
-The main level bathroom has a full bathtub and stand-up shower, while the basement bathroom is attached to the bedroom and has a full bathtub with no shower.
-The Burkitt Bungalow is below an upstairs apartment that is also a short-term rental. Please be respectful of any neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10pm - 6am. They will do the same for you. :) Please note that you will still have 100% privacy and your own space. If you run into any issues with noise, please contact us immediately and we will address it!
-This historic home is full of quirks, oddities, secret nooks, and treasures that you will be able to discover during your stay!
