Great views. Family enjoyed dock, fishing, crabbing. paddle boards, kayaks, canoe, water pads, kites and games. We ventured out to Ocean City and to see wild horses. Mary Beth was very helpful. Family agrees it was best vacation ever.

Spectacular waterfront vacation home on MD’s Eastern Shore! Nature abounds in this beautiful area. Incredible water views and access for all ages.
The host was great to work with throughout the entire process. This was the most spacious and well set up home for our large family. The host has literally thought of everything! Extremely well kept, super clean, and comfortable. By far our best vacation home and on the water destination we’ve experienced! Very large, diverse group and everyone’s expectations were exceeded. We are grateful for this opportunity that built great memories!

This property was perfect, it was everything advertised and much much more. Our group has stayed in a lot of rentals but none have been as well stocked, as spacious, or as clean as this property.
The property owner is extremely friendly and very helpful, as she helped doing research for large group transportation and of course but local seafood in the area.
I highly recommend this property for any large groups looking for their own little slice of paradise on the water.

Our stay was amazing. The property has all you need. We did go out for dinner, but had the most fun when we stayed at the house and made dinner as a family. Kayaking, fishing, crabbing, and games at night made the stay perfect for us. We made memories that we will never forget! Thank you Sue!

This property had everything that you need for a great vacation! Only issues we had were with nature... mosquitos and jellyfish...nothing they can do anything about.!!. Everyone had fun catching crab at the end of the dock and having it for dinner! Kitchen is stocked really well and we never ran out of towels for 20 of us!!. Tweens had fun with the paddle boards and kayaking. Excellent place to stay!

Our large family (3 generations) had a great week here. The house had everything we needed and so much more! Everything was comfortable and clean; all outdoor and indoor activities provided! Thank you - we had a wonderful time in your beautiful home!

Our multi generational family has been vacationing together for almost 25 years in the same place. This year we tried something new and could not have been happier! Sue and Stacy (and Carl) were absolutely amazing as hosts (and caretaker) and the home was everything it was advertised to be and so much more! We had 19 guests ranging from age 1 to over 70 and this house fit all of our needs! The hosts were so accommodating and friendly. The property is so secluded, yet just a short drive into town for groceries, restaurants and winery. The property is HUGE and the bay is incredible. The house has everything you could need, the hosts didn’t miss a thing! My wife owns a house cleaning company and she was impressed with how clean this place was! It’s a shame we can only give this property five stars because it is WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND. We hope to be repeat guests at this property and hope that the farmhouse renovation is complete soon as we are very interested in that as well. THANK YOU SUE, STACY, and of course CARL!

This house was even better in person than we could have hoped. The bedrooms were very large and comfortable. The whole house is surprisingly quiet. Even with 12 kids running around we slept great. The outside is even better. Caught lots of crabs and fish. Saw lots of birds. Great yard for games. Owners were great also.

Property was amazing! Owners were amazing! Wildlife we experienced right on the property, Bald Eagles, Osprey, Foxes, Deer, Fawn, Crab, fish, and our least favorite a water snake but he was harmless. I would stay here again!

Our huge family goes to Maryland every year for a getaway and this property is our favorite thus far. First of, Sue is very pleasant to work with. She always answered all of our questions promptly and tried to accommodate us as best as she can. Second, this property is huge with so much to do. We didn’t have to leave at all other than to go get some baits. It accommodate our family of 20 members easily. The whole house is stocked with all the supplies you’ll need. Fishing rods, crab traps, corn hole, kayaks, paddle boards…they got it all. All in all, our family enjoyed our time here and will definitely book again in the future. Highly recommend!!!

8 adults 8 kids...Plenty of room for all. We fished, crabbed, boated, swam, sunned and ate our way thru the week. The kids never asked to go out and were thoroughly entertained with outdoor and indoor activities. Kayaks and paddleboards were available. There was fishing gear, crab pots, sand and water toys, large foam floating mats, corn hole, kites, volleyball, football, firepit. The dock was a big hit. Lounging in the pontoon boat watching the sunset was a favorite post dinner spot. Well appointed kitchen including plenty of spices and condiments. 2 fridges-excellent dishwasher. Large washer-dryer. Huge grill and awesome griddle. Puzzles, games, toys, linens and towels...sandy PRIVATE beach, several screen porches. Outdoor shower-plenty of hoses. We have been renting beach houses for family vacations since 1979 and this was, hands down, our best vacation ever.
Dollar store and Dash In convenience store 10 minutes away for bait and milk runs.

The house is well stocked and well cared for. Sue was very responsive and communicated well.
More than enough space for our group (3 adult couples, 17 yo, 11 yo, two 9 yo, 7 yo, three 4 yo and 2 single adults)
The beach was amazing. Just enough space to play in the sand and sit in the chairs. There are buckets of sand toys and more than enough beach and outdoor seating.
There were jelly fish around and we had some minor stings but that's life.
The shed is STOCKED with equipment for the water, fishing pole, life vests, etc etc
Buckets of flip flops and water shoes in all sizes
Enough beach towels and bath towels to keep us all comfortable.
Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need.
We caught 18+ crabs from the dock.
Grill and giddle outside kept us fed
AC worked well
Tons and tons of games and puzzles
There's DVDs but not much for younger kids (no Disney films really)
No internet but we didn't miss it
TVs are satellite and worked fine
Spring water cooler available if you don't like the well water
Washe/dryer was awesome to wash bathing suits etc
Extremely peaceful
Isolated in npicturesque nature setting
Nearest grocery store is a full 20 min drive so plan accordingly
Really bring your bathing suit and a few changes of clothes, grocery shop on your way in, and you're set!!!
Would love to return in the future

My entire family had an amazing time. The house has plenty of room and is fully stocked. From kids to adults, there was plenty to do with relaxing in the pontoon, kayaking, canoeing , paddle boards, building sand castles to playing ball on the grass, flying kites and s’mores at night. We were sad to see our time end. Thank you!

Such an amazing property for a large family vacation! Our extended family met here to vacation together. Four families with 7 kids ranging from 1-18 and my 88 year old mother in law ALL had such a great time here. There were about 20 of us in total. My nephew brought his jet ski which was a huge hit. The kids and adult all had a blast! Plenty of kayaks, paddle boards, fishing gear (nets, poles, line, lures and even bait in the freezer), sand toys, life vests in any size you’ll need, fire pit and wood, umbrellas, multiple seating areas with Adirondack chairs, beach chairs, dining chairs. Very easy to spread out for privacy or down time if wanted. The house was stocked with anything you’ll need from first aid items, to laundry soaps, shampoos, kitchen spices and condiments. We brought way too much stuff with us, we didn’t even need a lot of the stuff we brought because the property was so well stocked with everything. And the host was very responsive to questions throughout our stay. It was also very clean! The pictures online do not do this property justice. You’ll want to hit the Food Lion in Princess Ann on your way to the house to stock up on groceries for your stay because it is a bit of a hike. It’s a little far removed from nicer restaurants and we did drive into Salisbury one night for dinner and the drive was very easy and seemed quicker than 40 minutes. We would definitely recommend this rental!

We gathered our large group of lifelong friends, 6 kids between the ages of 5 months and 7 years, 8 adults. What a time! The owners were great in deceiving the place and the property is perfect for reunion-style get togethers. So much space, plenty of lawn games, two fridges and a large kitchen. Enough bedrooms that we even had a couple extra, and a few extra beds. Great for kids! And the crab can't be beat. We will definitely book here again!
