Summary:
Nestled in a tranquil setting in rural Staffordshire this spacious 6 bedroom farmhouse can accommodate up to 12 guests. Whether a group of friends, a family reunion or a corporate event, everything you need for the duration of your stay is included with off road parking on the driveway, a large dining table that can seat all 12 guests, fully equipped kitchen, and even a film room with extra large sofa.
Up to two well behaved dogs allowed but must always be on leads due to the wildlife in the area.
The Space:
A stunning property with off road parking.
When you enter you will find yourself in the main hallway. To the left is the cosy cinema room with smart TV and comfy sofa. Next to that is a downstairs twin bedroom. Across the hallway is a downstairs WC. The fully equipped kitchen gives you everything you will need to cater for up to 12 guests including the usual amenities fridge, freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, cutlery, coffee machine etc. This is where you also find a grand dining table that can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably. A high chair and travel cot are available (we do NOT supply the bedding for the travel cot)
There is also a utility room with washer and dryer for your use along with controls for the underfloor heating.
Upstairs there are 5 double bedrooms with King-size beds , two of which have ensuite facilities. Attention! If your booking is for 6 people, you will only have access to 3 bedrooms (one twin room and 2 double rooms). If you wish to book for 6 individual rooms, there will be an additional cost per room. On this floor there is also a bathroom. All of the rooms on this floor have views over the surrounding farmland.
There is a communal spa facility with hot tub that is available for all guests to use. Please note you will be sharing this with guests that are staying in other properties. Extra towels are provided.
Please note the property is located in a rural area so there will be wildlife and dependent on the weather conditions it may become muddy in the surrounding fields so please bring appropriate footwear.

Please note if you book for less than 12 guests then only 3 bedrooms will be available. Attention! If your booking is for 6 people, you will only have access to 3 bedrooms (one twin room and 2 double rooms). If you wish to book for 6 individual rooms, there will be an additional cost per room. On this floor there is also a bathroom.
The property is self check in using the key box outside the property. You will receive a code within 48 hours of your check in date. You will have the whole property to yourself for the duration of your stay with the exception of the shared spa and hot tub. The property is on an old farm and you may see other guests staying at the other properties on the surrounding land.
The Neighborhood:
Located approximately one hour drive from the centre of Birmingham, we're sure you won't be disappointed with this property where a full renovation to an exceptionally high standard was finished in April 2024.
For family-friendly adventures, the National Forest Adventure Farm is within easy reach, providing a diverse range of activities and events. Uttoxeter Racecourse adds a touch of excitement for horse racing enthusiasts, while the historical charm of Sandon Hall and the Shugborough Estate beckon those interested in exploring the region's rich heritage.
