Nestled in a tranquil enclave just outside of St Austell, this property is stylishly designed in a contemporary comfort and offers the wow factor. Impeccably designed, it provides an idyllic refuge from the clamour of daily life. Yet, its prime location boasts easy access to Cornish attractions. Embrace adventure by donning your hiking boots and embarking on coastal journeys, where you'll unearth Cornwall's most enchanting seascapes. Alternatively, indulge in a brief road trip and revel in the Cornish sunshine at nearby beaches. This location also offers access to an array of famous Cornish attractions, including The Eden Project, 4 miles, picturesque Charlestown, 2 miles, traditional fishing village Mevagissey, 6 miles, and a convenient train ride or drive to Truro, 15 miles, where you can marvel at the grandeur of Truro Cathedral or partake in a night at the theatre at the Hall for Cornwall.
Enter through a gated entrance and follow the gravel drive way over a private bridge towards this grand property. Enter into the lofty beautifully designed hallway with it's large open space and beautiful oak and glass staircase. From here take the door through to the large open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room separated by a beautiful double sided wood burner. The kitchen, fully equipped and offering a beautiful centre island and fantastic views out over the garden. The dining area sits in front of large French doors and boasts a splendid spot to sit down with family over a game of cards, or catch up over a delicious meal. The cosy lounge with plush comfy seating and large Smart TV is a great place for a family movie or good book. The utility room has a handy outside access with sink and plenty of space for muddy boots. Moving back through to the hallway and also off of this area is another lounge with one sofa and one double sofa bed, a Smart TV and selection of books. You will also find a spacious shower room with WC. Making your way up the beautiful staircase, with imposing enormous glass windows looking out over the gravel drive way, is an elegant seating area with chair and coffee table, which makes for a peaceful spot to sit and read a book.
Just off this area are four bedrooms all with their own en-suite. The stunning master bedroom with king size bed offers a walk-in dressing room and beautiful bathroom with freestanding bath and separate double shower. You will also find a further 2 king size bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and 1 twin room with en-suite with shower over bath. Depending on your group needs, the downstairs second lounge can also become an additional bedroom with a double sofa bed available on request. As such the occupancy can be 10. A travel cot is provided.
Outside to the front is a beautiful gravelled drive way and car park with a 7kw tethered charge point with built in metering. The car charger is available at an additional cost based on usage at the rate of the house tariff in force at the time (payable directly to the owner once booking is complete). There is a large back garden laid to part lawn and large patio area, perfect for playtime, party nights or dining alfresco.
