Enjoyed our stay. Lovely hotel with charm. Room was comfortable but bathroom could do with an upgrade but clean. Breakfast was enjoyable and there was a good hot food menu and plenty of continental options available. Evening meal was enjoyable but triple cooked chips were more like frozen chips.

Lovely location and perfect for the Giant's Causeway. Very good idea to offer free entry to the visitors centre for guests staying at the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel was really great, good food in nice surroundings. One comment however, the bed was a bit lumpy, mattress toppers or new mattresses would not be a bad idea. Other than that, we'd stay again.

The staff provided an exceptional level of service, making us feel truly valued throughout our visit. Our dinner was a delightful culinary experience, bursting with flavors that left a lasting impression. The establishment exudes an enchanting old-world charm, with elegant decor that transports you to another era. Additionally, the breathtaking Great Causeway is just a stone's throw away, inviting exploration right outside the door.

Super close to the GC. Food good and prices reasonable. Fish and chips were great and prices lower than expected.

Fantastic hotel, the staff were so accommodating, we arrived late but they kept the kitchen open for us. Our room was large and very comfortable. Good parking. Great location. Would recommend if you like hotels with history and character.

It was great being so close to Giant’s/rope bridge/Bushmills.

Rooms were very small and hard to get around. There waa no lift so carrying luggage up and down the stairs was challenging.

Nice looking hotel in a beautiful spot. But needs refurbishing. Windows were old and flaking and stairs a bit grubby furniture in the ping was well worn and needs replacing

If you’re looking to see the Giants Causeway, you can’t get a better location. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and your stay includes admission to the site. Have to have a car to get to and from but overall good experience.

Fantastic sea views with a private porch.
It's an easy walk down to the Stones, and if you don't feel up to walking, there is a shuttle.

This hotel was perfectly situated for a one night stay to visit The Giant’s Causeway with the added benefit of free parking and free access to the National Trust’s visitor Centre. The staff were friendly and the food was good, especially breakfast but otherwise everything about the stay was 3 star. We had loose guttering outside our room being battered in the wind keeping us awake, the fire alarm going off at 5am, not enough towels and one dirty. You have to realise it’s an old building but it needs a make over for sure, especially the bathroom. We had a problem and rang through to reception. The guy said he was on his computer and would have to get back to us. He never did. Despite paying a hefty amount for the room we got one overlooking their courtyard with overflowing bins. But seriously, take all the negatives away, we are glad we stayed there. The Causeway is a sight to see and this was a perfect base.

A great location - steps away from the Giant Causeway. Hotel overlooks the water and there are several paths to walk along. Nice breakfast. We enjoyed our stay there. Just be aware there are no elevators.

Really relaxing stay in a historic listed hotel right next to the best walk in the country (done in the cool of the evening with all the tour buses gone you have the Giant’s Causeway to yourself - we walked close to dusk and saw only 4 outer people on the walk one of the two evenings). The hotel is very homely, cosy and atmospheric, including the lovely bar area. Others commented on the small bathroom needing some updating which might be true but the room was pretty decent size and v quiet and comfortable. Some hair conditioner required was our only very minor negative point in what was overall a very enjoyable stay.

A wonderful hotel a few steps away from the Giants Causeway entrance. Stay includes entrance to the Causeway with guided tour. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable and clean, we loved the coffee machine and choice of teas. Excellent breakfast with continental and table service for cooked food. Great restaurant and cosy bar with bar meals on offer in the evenings. We will definitely be back.

The location is the USP of the property, with multiple trails around and closest proximity to the Giants Causeway.
The rooms are neat but lack basic amenities like a bottle of drinking water and good glasses(paper glasses were provided though).

We enjoyed our stay at the Causeway Hotel. The hotel is directly next to the Giants Causeway visitor center and has dedicated parking for hotel guests. This allowed us to explore giants causeway without time limitations. We had a beautiful room with an outdoor terrace that overlooked the ocean. As soon as the tourist buses departed for the day the hotel became extremely quiet and relaxing (during the day it is very crowded with tourists). A great place to stay if you want to explore giants causeway.

Check in caused some trouble, I indicated when I booked with Hotels.com I would pay at the hotel but they charged my card anyway. I had wanted to pay at the hotel so next time, I hope they pay attention to what I put down.
