Nice hotel, clean room.
Windows opened inwards towards the wall reducing air allowed into the room.
Staff were lovely. Food was good.

We had a lovely room, however the service was consistently poor. It was disorganised, which is unfortunate. But when we were charged €30 for a fruit salad before complaining multiple times about the insanity of the price.
We were charged for a dessert we sent back as it was nothing like the ingredients listed on the menu and the manager on duty went off in a huff, checked the menu; and instead of apologising and acknowledging we were correct, he threw a menu at us and told us to pick something else. No one came back to take any such order until the other desert - the fruit salad was already eaten. It was a disaster. We argued over the bill three times. The manager was there, walked out of the kitchen area multiple times, saw we were still there, arguing over the €30 charge for a bowl of fruit - mainly an apple - or the dessert we sent back as it contained an ingredient we couldn’t eat, but also didn’t contain the ingredients listed on the menu; and he just kept scurrying away from the dining room once he saw us.
So I wouldn't recommend it personally. Dinner took ages to order, receive and dessert even longer - before the drama over one of them. The inaccurate bill was the final straw. To be fair to one waiter be tried to fix it, but the manager refusing to solve it, or apologise is a disgrace. €30 for a fruit salad of mainly apple is absolutely insane and clearly should have been acknowledged as a mistake, but not by here. Made it a poor evening. The room is fine though.

So many children around, screaming and running around the corridor. Also in the dining area, touching food they were unsupervised.

Expensive for what it was. Our executive suite was just a large room. No frills. Dinner ok. Breafast poor due to delays in seating and average buffet. Not worth what we paid. Staff mostly friendly.

It was missing shampoo, hand cream and the dining room is a misery to get into. We waited 25 minutes to get a table for 3. The food choices were very limited by that time. If you wanted hot chocolate you had to pay in cash on the spot Ridiculous. You could not put the charge on your room bill so you had to go back to your room to get your purse. Clean rooms and an excellent staff should get a shout out but the dining room must change it’s policy

Staff were amazing and helpful. Noisy kids running around very late was dealt with very well. I needed a hotel for a night and this was the nearest, if I had kids travelling with me it would have been ideal

Hotel was nice enough , room was lovely and big . Single bed was rock hard son couldn’t sleep on mattress .
Breakfast was ok , very busy with all the weekend events on . No plates to get breakfast with , then trays were empty had to keep asking staff to refill . Sausages , eggs etc ….. weren’t great , sour taste and eggs freshly cooked were still raw .

Gorgeous hotel in a spectacular setting. There is a great restaraunt on the premises, and it's a short walk to the heart of the Enniscrone village. The room was massive, and our only complaint was a lack of air conditioning, and as we found in all of the hotels we stayed at in Ireland the bedding only has a duvet. As our room was on the sunny side of the hotel the room was quite warm and the windows only opened 7" or so. We were able to get a fan which helped, and used the flat sheet from one of the other beds to sleep under intead of the duvet. So I would recommend getting a room on the ocean view side if you are staying there in the summer months. The town of Enniscrone is wonderful and worth a visit in itself. We walked for hours discovering new and interesting things along the way. As was the case in all of Ireland, the people were kind and gracious.

Gorgeous hotel, lovely staff and amazing breakfast. We went for Easter weekend with our daughter and when we were leaving the room I opened the door and there was "bunny" footprints and an Easter egg. My daughter was delighted, it was a lovely touch. Will definitely be back.
