It's cute and cozy aka tiny as heck. But you're near times square and close to the subway. yes, there's a lot of high traffic in the area but I think it's worth the stay.

Great location, friendly staff, however, the room was small and the walls so thin you can hear your neighbors. That could have partly been because it had linked doors on both sides. Street noise is so loud there are earplugs on the nightstand, which I used and helped a little. The blackout shade let in so much light I had to sleep with a T-shirt over my head.

Location was amazing! Price was good for NYC. Staff for the most part were friendly and professional

Tiny room, but totally acceptable in NYC. It's a modern place with well designed rooms to be space efficient. One side of the queen bed was up against the window. There is about a foot to scoot around the end and 4 feet between the bed and start of the shower- toilet or sink area. It all works, but it's small.

The location is amazing and the service was exceptional. The only downfall is that the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Otherwise everything was perfect and I have no complaints.

This is truly the smallest hotel room in America. Walk in the door and you're in the middle of your bathroom -- to your right is your vanity, which doubles as a closet. To the left a toilet and shower. Three steps in is the bed, advertised as a "cozy queen"...which means a full. If you go to the lobby to escape your tiny room, you're assaulted by the smell of incense that's so intense that I fled back to my room. I wouldn't ever stay here again.

The hotel was perfect for us! As a single mom with two kids, we really liked the room for 3, with the twin bunk above the double bed. Great location, great service. We’ll be back soon. ☺️

So I want to say that I am not uber rich. In fact, I am an average working-class girl who's job sent her to a seminar in the NY. So, I picked this hotel because it was close to NBC universal. A 7-minute walk. I didn't quite know that the hotel was also in the center of Times Square for those tourist. Lots of food places around (just beware they are all expensive except for the Popeye's and McDonalds around the corner). I arrived at about 4pm and there was a line for check-in but it moved fast. I loved the boutique and quaint-size room. Beware if you are coming with kids, there isn't a lot of space to run around but it was enough space for me. I loved the style, decor and functionality of the room. It had everything I needed. The room felt dust free as I have a bad dust allergy. They cleaned every morning without requesting for it. I worried about the noise as my room was next to the elevator and it was dead quiet despite how next to each other the rooms were. I barely heard sound from outside. Slept really nicely. Enjoyed the water refiller on the lobby for those of us who didn't go out to buy water. I loved the extensive cable channel selection for adults and kids (you don't find that these days). Honestly, except for how expensive NY is, this was a really pleasant stay. I had no complains. Also, they have a car service to the airport so compare if it is cheaper to use theirs or Uber. Free wifi is a plus. I did not try the restaurant. Enjoyed the somewhat free water.

There for NYC Marathon. Perfect location to Times Square. Top bunk a little awkward. Stairs straight could use a slight slant. Front desk people super friendly and helpful

Very comfortable and very safe. Only downside is not enough places to put or hang your clothes, but overall would definitely stay here again.
