A éviter si vous voulez dormir au calme

Le décor et la proximité du centre.

L'hébergement se trouve sur une des artères les plus fréquentées et les plus bruillantes de la ville de Mantoue, du bruit ! Le bruit de la circulation. La chambre était très mal insonorisée, le bruit des voisins de chambre aussi, nous avons dû utiliser des boules-kies pour pouvoir dormir.! Pas de salle de bain dans la chambre mais sur le palier et trop petite pour y être à deux, le lit dans la chambre était bancal, le petit-déjeuner était simple et trop de sucrerie, peu de pain complet. Nous ne voulions pas dormir dans un cadre d'une maison d'art mais dans une chambre au calme avec un bon lit...

Soggiorno top a Mantova

Stupendo b&b vicino al centro di Mantova, elegante e curato in ogni particolare, un tuffo nel passato in una dimora storica dove si respira arte ed ospitalita', con tutti gli spazi e le comodita' necessarie! Pulitissimo e super accogliente Virginia, pronta per ogni esigenza espressa. Possibile parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze. Colazione ricca. Di sicuro, lo consigliero' a chiunque dovesse venire a Mantova.

Soltanto per maggiore comodita' avrei preferito il bagno privato interno alla camera.

Mantova è stata una bella sorpresa, sarà un piacere tornare!

la posizione è ottima per muoversi a piedi e visitare le principali mete : a 10 minuti da Palazzo Te, a circa 15-20 minuti a piedi dal centro storico (Palazzo Ducale, etc). Pur essendo situato su una via principale, si sviluppa su una corte interna e la nostra camera non aveva nessuna finestra sul lato strada, quindi non ci sono stati rumori da traffico. Virginia e il suo babbo si sono dimostrati accoglienti e disponibili

La colazione è autogestita con prodotti pronti presenti in camera ,dotata di frigo (rifornito con latte, yogurt e frutta), bollitore, fornello e stoviglie. La nostra era una camera non troppo ampia, sarebbe stata una coccola aggiuntiva fare colazione in una sala comune dove eventualmente potevano essere serviti prodotti freschi tipici (dolci/marmellate, etc).

Mantova, che bella scoperta

Virginia è stata molto gentile e prodiga di ottimi consigli, sia per un giro in città che per la cena. I letti molto comodi, così come il bagno. Luogo molto bello, ben curato e pulito. Colazione varia e abbondante. Posizione strategica a pochi passi dal centro. Noi eravamo nella stanza verde con bagno in camera

Characterful accommodation in Mantova

Owners were very friendly. Loads of character and decent location.

Shame the bathroom was not en-suite as it felt awkward when there were also guests in the next room.

Un soggiorno suggestivo nella bella Mantova

Struttura molto suggestiva, con travi di legno a vista. Camera e bagno spaziosi. La struttura è vicinissima al centro, quindi noi ci siamo sempre spostati a piedi, con la bimba di un anno e mezzo.

Eine interessante Erfahrung

Ein schönes historisches Anwesen, von dem man gerne mehr gesehen hätte. Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Riesen Badezimmer. Man ist schnell zu Fuß im Zentrum, was aber in Mantua ohnehin kein Problem ist. Perfekte Absprache zur Schlüsselübergabe im Vorfeld

Wir waren von Frühstück vor Ort ausgegangen. Stattdessen durften wir in zwei naheliegenden Bars frühstücken, was auch nett war - aber durch die so fehlende Küche (war abgeschlossen) bei heißen Temperaturen nicht einmal ein Getränk im Kühlschrank lagern zu können haben wir doch sehr vermisst. Parken direkt vor Ort leider nicht möglich, Parkhaus überraschend teuer. Aber da können die Vermieter natürlich nichts für.

La location e la gentilezza delle persone, che sono state anche molto disponibile alle mie richieste, erano ottime. Forse la colazione con troppi prodotti confenzionati, ma solo perchè tutto il resto è di un livello talmente alto che allora si nota questa cosa della colazione :)

An enjoyable stay in a beautiful town. We hope to come back soon

We liked the accommodation very much - we had not only our lovely bedroom but could use several other rooms - breakfast room, music room and a small kitchen. Victoria was a lovely "hostess" who told us where to park our car without being charged for the parking and who recommended a beautiful restaurant nearby (we went there on our final night in Italy). We loved the coffee machine that we could use ourselves and if one wanted a bigger portion (e.g. to have an 'americano') one could add water from a kettle

There's nothing to write here apart from to say that breakfasts were of "continental" kind yet enjoyable with fresh fruit and a special Mantova cake.

Für Stadtbesichtigung perfekt.

Wir hatten Zimmer blau.Für einen kurzen Stadtaufenthalt perfekt, auch im Sommer, weil kaum Sonne in den Hinterhof kommt und es kühl bleibt. Sehr hilfsbereite und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin. Frühstückszutaten zum selbst herrichten im Zimmer. Sitzen kann man nur draußen im Hinterhof.

Zimmer dunkel, wenn‘s regnet kann man nicht wirklich am Tisch draußen frühstücken. Aber man geht ja meist in die Bar!

It is a wonderful place we would go back anytime.

Alhough the House is Originated from the 15th century, , inside was Full comfortable , really clean and well equipped. The internal layout was sophisticated and professional. The old town was only a few minutes walk far from the house. the owners were waiting for us with a tasty surprise.

Wonderful

A wonderful BnB with a very pleasant and helpful owner. The room was very nice and spacious, with an excellent bathroom. Great location, easy to find and just a few minutes on foot to the center of Mantova. Maybe the most important for us, we were able to park our motorcycles in the yard, safe and off the street.

Only the breakfast could have been better, everything else was just excellent.

A unique B&B for those looking to stay somewhere with character.

Location is excellent particularly if you wish to be close to at least two of the best restaurants in town. Stefano and Virginia, the hosts, were extremely helpful and accommodating. The property is full of character but with all the amenities you need for a short stay.

Chic unique accommodation, with a personal touch.

The rooms were individually decorated with great taste and style. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was luxurious. We had a great welcome from the team, but were left in peace afterwards.

The room is in a 15th century house. In the entrance there are authentic frescos. The rest of the house is full of artwork. There is a large lounge area with a kitchen and complementary coffee, tea, biscuits. The bedroom is comfortable.

Parking is a ten minute walk from the apartment.

A beautiful, historic house in Mantua making your stay unforgettable!

This is a gem of an historic building in Mantua where we felt privileged to be able to stay! We were 2 couples and had a whole floor to ourselves… 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a huge comfy living room and a kitchen, which was well stocked with breakfast foods. Virginia was a lovely hostess, enthusiastic, kind, answered all our questions and made sure everything was just right for our stay. We could walk everywhere; the location was perfect! We loved our week in Mantua!

Good place to stay in Mantua

This is a really nicely furnished apartment. It is easy to reach and not far to walk to the old town. The room has a kitchen and you have everything you need to prepare breakfast. Stayed there twice.

One night in Mantova

Friendly welcome, helped with arranging a taxi for us and very fast reply to any e mails. This historic house has fabulous wooden beams and remains of frescoes making it an atmospheric experience. Though the room faced a main road it wasnt as noisy as we thought it would be. Good range of local cafes and restaurants .

In old houses it takes a time for hot water to come out the shower. Unfortunately on this particular occasion none came out. Finding the light switches for the stairs at night time.
