There are enclosed space used for storage that guests don't have access. This will be marked as Owners Closet.
The property is located right next to The Cottage Vineyard & Winery, just a short walk away. It offers 5 bedrooms in total—a bunk bed (full over queen) primarily suited for kids, along with 3 sofa beds. There are two game areas: one in the main house (basement living room) with games primarily for children, and another in a detached building with games mainly for adults. Outdoors, you'll find a playground for kids, a backyard spacious enough for soccer and volleyball, two fire pits—one propane and one wood-burning—and a hot tub.
The property is conveniently located with easy access to the main road and nearby stores. While this offers great convenience, you may occasionally hear some traffic noise.
