The spacious open floor plan offers a well-equipped kitchen and ample space for your family to gather for meals, and you'll all love the extended outdoor living areas including three porches perfect for watching the sun rise and set! Whether you want to spend the day building sandcastles on the beach, basking in the sun while floating in the private pool, or exploring all that the Grand Strand has to offer, this home has everything you need for a perfect vacation! Don't forget to bring your furry friends along for the adventure, too -- this home is pet friendly and has a fully fenced-in backyard.

EXTERIOR FEATURES
Private Pool - Professionally Maintained, Outdoor Pool Bar including Refrigerator & TV with Sitting Area, Covered Exterior Porches, Paved Covered Parking, Professionally Landscaped Grounds, Outdoor Shower, Non Smoking Environment, Pet Friendly (50 lb Limit, Max 2 Dogs, Additional Fees Apply), Garage for Owner Use Only.
PROPERTY AMENITIES
Elevator (to All Floors), Internet, Televisions, Heat and Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer and Dryer, Range and Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt and pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. A 3% service fee will be added if you choose to pay with a credit card. E-checks are NOT accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the credit card or e-check account must match the name on the reservation.
**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.
