Not bad.

Always something was missed. We called front desk to supply the missed things. Sometimes wait up to half an hour.

Unsatisfactory for the amount of money you spend to stay here!

The pool was nice.

Sofa bed was terrible, uncomfortable and unclean. When we took the cushions off toe nails fell from them! The toilet didn’t work.

I had to chase down a cleaner in order to get fresh towels and clothes for the second morning, we left our room at 10.30 am am and did not return until approximately 5.30 and yet no one had cleaned our room. Our air conditioner did not work and we went to the desk, I watched the girl call maintenance but when we returned to our room that evening the room was still hot as they did not fix it.

Correct, mais pas à la hauteur du prix et de nos attentes.

Personnel gentil et à l’écoute. Les lits étaient confortables et propres.

Notre climatiseur a coulé et était bruyant parce qu’il était désuet. Le chromecast était défectueux dans la chambre de nos enfants et nous avons dû nous-même trouver pour le personnel la solution d’aller en chercher un dans une autre chambre libre qui fonctionnait. Résultat, pas de films pour nos enfants le premier soir. Le personnel était très gentil, cela dit, mais aurait pu proposer des solutions plus efficaces (on nous a proposé de changer nos enfants de chambre… seuls. Ce n’est évidemment pas envisageable) et plus rapidement. Par ailleurs, il semble que, dans les circonstances actuelles des changements climatiques, d’offrir aux clients des tasses jetables pour le café durant le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très discutable comme choix. Pourquoi n’offrir des vraies tasses qu’aux clients qui commandent à la carte? Le personnel du restaurant était irréprochable, mais le buffet était ordinaire (œufs secs et pain doré également, par exemple). Notre séjour a donc été correct, mais pas à la hauteur de nos attentes.

It was a great stay for my needs.

The restaurant is great and access to the gym was good to. I really like the rooms do not have carpet.

Most everything was great. The beds were good but I prefer a more firm mattress. I wish the window opened for fresh.

We will be back at this hotel

The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant with all the windows, wow! Very clean room and everywhere in the hotel. Staff was very nice.

We couldn’t work the Chromecast to watch Netflix and there was no guide for the tv channels.

The location is very good

There is dust everywhere, the bathtub is covered with dust and dirt, and the tissue box is also covered with dust. The smoke alarm in the room kept shining green. At first, I thought it was a camera installed. Although there were windows in the room that were not ventilated, I could only rely on the machine. The noise was so loud that I couldn't sleep. The most ridiculous thing is that the water was cut off early in the morning. We communicated with the customer service many times and gave up washing our faces and brushing our teeth, so we went out and washed our faces in the bathroom of the mall. It was so funny. How could this happen? After that, I read the comments of other guests before, and there was also a water outage. I really don't understand. I never give comments on hotels. This time it's really speechless.

Great location, parking was perfect, staff were very friendly. And in general, a beautiful property. Restaurant was also stellar!

The room was a nice size. One bed was comfortable. However, the other bed was leaning towards the floor at the head of the bed. Location was great.

Although it wasn't the fault of the hotel, when we arrived back to the hotel around 10:30 p.m. the hotel had no running water. Staff did not inform us of this issue. We found out from another patron as we were exiting the elevator. The water did return but we were already to check out. As well, we ate in the Cannery and did not find out until we were getting on the elevator to the underground parking that if you eat at the restaurant then parking was supposed to be free. Staff should be asking and giving out a voucher to those parking at the hotel.

Lovely Facility

Located within three minutes walk of the QE Hospital. No shuttle as stated on website. Very helpful staff who moved things around to allow us to stay in the same room after needing to stay some extra nights.

convenient location to Dal

Short easy drive to Dalhousie University, convenient underground parking. Friendly staff, Restaurant waiter was wonderful and the food was good.

Luggage cart is a snug fit in the elevator between the parking garage and the lobby.

On booking.com it was stated that there are two double beds and one full sofa. So sofa was not good for 6 foot big *** straight guy.

Okay if you get good rate. I wouldn’t pay full price at this property.

Close proximity to skating oval. Lounge food was fantastic and well priced.

Wifi was useless in entire building. You couldn’t even check email at times.

it was good, I would stay there again

very nice and modern

the website did not state that you could not fit a full size truck in the underground parking. so we had to park elsewhere. Also, the heater in the room had a serious rattle, woke both of us at different times during the night.

Disappointed to find no pool or hot tub or sauna, when that was the reason for choosing this hotel.

Nice location, pleasant space, comfortable room.

Parking is extra ($25) and extra fee is not mentioned. We chose this property because of the swimming pool and hot tub facility of which there is none. Extremely disappointed about that.

Too noise

Great location. Lots of stores nearby.

It is very noisy. The outdoor sound did not bother that much, but indoor one did. If there is anyone in the corridor, you will know and hear every part of their conversation. Plus, the room has a door to another room (it is locked) and it seems like you are living together with them, you can even have a conversation with them with normal voice. The staff cannot do much with loud neighbours.

Very happy

Room was very comfortable, the staff where extremely friendly, helpful and professional. It was a last minute booking but was absolutely worth it and we had a great stay.
