Great location and good experience overall

Good location, breakfast included (and a better than average breakfast), staff was attentive, room was clean, there was a sink, microwave and a good mini fridge. Room is spacious. I also liked the terrace.

The pillows were too thick/tall. The bed, for a couple, was a bit too small. It would've been nice to have a side table on both sides (instead of only on one side).

We were on the fourth floor: -There was obvious water damage & it smelt very musty. -It was way too hot. We turned our air system in the room down as low as it could go & we still couldn’t sleep because it was so hot. -Mirror on the bathroom door seemed like it could fall off if you bumped it.

Belated Annual Christmas Visit

Quick resolution to the TV situation. Staff very friendly and helpful. Always appreciate the amenities especially old school ones that you rarely see like a business office where I was able to print out some important documents I needed. Like the coffee and water in the lobby as well.

Breakfast wasn't great this time around. Home fries were burned and they were charging $5 each for bacon and sausage. Had an issue with the TV in the room.

Great location, lacklustre amenities.

Location is amazing. Walking distance to many attractions.

Rooms are slightly outdated and extremely dark with limited light. Beds are also in dire need of an upgrade.

Good but not great

I like the breakfast, it was very well organized with good food selection (only missed bacon) and the two ladies that were working it were great employees! Loved the rooftop access (picture included) with the sauna and the parking garage access from the hotel by elevator.

I was excited to use the hot tub but it was closed for cleaning, sad that it was being cleaned on a weekend where you would assume that would have more use. I find that the bathrooms could use some renovations, also not a fan of carpet in hotel rooms anymore but still felt clean. Lastly I found it very loud wether it was in the hallway or outside (poor soundproofing), plus cold air coming from the window.
