Ok sauf couchage enfant et bruit

Petit dej simple mais bon. Salle de bain minuscule mais propre. Accueil tout de même de qualité.

Petit dej simple mais bon Lit enfant = petit canapé en cuir sur lequel on pose un petit drap fin et une couverture fine pour 2 enfants. Salle de bain minuscule mais propre. Bruit de bar avec grosse basse jusqu'à 23h. Bruit dans le couloir et des voisins des 7h du matin..

Hôtel très décevant

Ridicule chambre pour 4 personnes. La literie des lits superposés n'était pas correcte. Quand on allumait la lumière de la salle de bains la ventilation se mettait en marche et faisait un bruit assourdissant. Nous avons retrouvé des baskets pour enfant sous un lit = donc pas de ménage fait sous les lits. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes : pas de salé, couverts en plastique, le pain de mie laissé dans son emballage d'origine...

Beaux locaux mais accueil glacial et manque flagrant de courtoisie envers tous les clients du superviseur. Qualité du petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur des exigences de base.

La ubicación, cerca de la zona de comercial y de restaurantes de Sainte Caterine. Enfrente había una parada del bus 747 que lleva al aeropuerto. Desayuno correcto

Loved it, great location within walking distance of Montreal Old Town and Downtown shops

Great location and very close to Montreal Old Town. Hotel staff very accommodating and loved the complementary breakfast. Hotel very kindly held some packages that we ordered in advance of our check in which was very kind. Really good value for money with this hotel.

Lack of hot meat options for breakfast but appreciate that the breakfast offering was complementary and having hot meat options would make it more expensive.

Excellent établissement

Le personnel est exceptionnel: serviable, anticipe les demandes, réactif et très accueillant. Les lits sont très confortables, l'emplacement est idéal, à quelques rues du vieux-port et de la rue Ste Catherine.

Le pommeau de douche fixe mais sincèrement c'est un léger détail. Tout était parfait.

Decent stay for one night at most

The room had the basics, WiFi was working, shower was good. Easy access to public transportation.

The location, so very loud, and the rooms are badly insulated. I asked whether my room would be noisy, I was told it wouldn’t, and couldn’t sleep throughout the night because of the noise. The room and bathroom weren’t that clean, especially curtains and windows.

An okay stay in Downtown Montreal

I thoroughly enjoy how walkable everything was from the hotel. We were able to get everywhere by walking as it felt like all the good stuff was a 20 minute walk or under. There was an IGA (grocery) right across the street and lots of restaurants. You're located right in Chinatown and recommend checking out some of the restaurants that are right around the corner. The room was setup efficiently and had everything we needed. The a/c blew cold, shower worked well, bed was comfy and TV had some local channels. I didn't hear any other guests while we were there. The staff was friendly and helpful!

I found the breakfast to be a bit of a disappointment - the only form of protein was boiled eggs (no scrambled, bacon, sausage, etc). I do book hotels based on if they have breakfast, because who wants to walk around looking for a place to eat when they just wake up, so this was probably the biggest let down. The room did feature a nespresso, which is great - however I am a tea girlie and there wasn't anything of the such. When we were leaving the room to check out, we were checking around to make sure we had everything - and I did find an empty beer can under the bed which was not ours. I would have mentioned something to the staff if I found this earlier and given a chance to rectify, but we were checking out at 5am to fly out. So just double check all areas of the room before settling in.

excellent séjour

The hotel is well situated in downtown, the room was not very big but it had more than enough space for both of us, it was also well furnished and had everything you need (small kitchen, iron with table, hairdryer,...).The room was quiet too, we spent only one night there and it was perfect. Special notice to the breakfast, a lot of choice is given, not the best we had but more than enough stuff on the buffet to eat.

Almost nothing, frankly we spent only 1 day there but everything went as good as we wanted, we slept well, we had a decent breakfast, the staff was very helpfull, ... Though maybe others will find the room a bit small

Situation géographique

Nous sommes restés quelques jours :le ménage de la chambre n'est pas fait tous les jours. Pas de renouvellement de savon par exemple. Nous avons trouvé une boucle d'oreille d'un client précédent. L'hôtel affiche des pancartes non fumeur ... Tous les jours nous avons senti, de l'intérieur de la chambre des odeurs de tabac. Bonjour la sécurité. Petit déjeuner correct, sans plus. Même pas de sirop d'érable ! Chambre petite, manque de porte manteaux, seulement 1 chaise quand on est 2.de toute façon où mettre la 2ème? Manque d'éclairage dans la chambre.

Vraiment déçue!

L’emplacement était le seul point positif.

J’ai été très déçue. Salle de bain pas propre. La douche pas bien lavé 35 entretenu3, en plus d’un coin “encrassé “ . Pas d’eau froide dans la salle de bain. Minuscule chambre, pas d’air de vie… Fausse représentation de photos au niveau des chambres et du déjeuner. Sur photo les chambres ont l’air plus grande et le déjeuner semblait plus varié. Manque de débarbouillettes , couvertures chaudes et oreillers plats pas confortables.

Horrible, will not stay here again.

Breakfast and location were good.

I had booked a room for 4 people with single beds. The room was very small for 4 full grown men, no space for lounging around. The beds are small barely fitting someone who is 5'-10". Upon arriving the hotel had two and a half of the four beds made. And only enough towels for 3 ppl. A request for additional towels and bedding was made to the front desk twice. The first request was ignored after they had indicated that they would bring the missing sheets and towels up right away. The 2nd request was rudely denied, because the hotel claimed they did not have enough bedding or towels to accommodate our request. The manager was no help as the he could not be located (or did not want to be located). Our accomodations were for three nights and our room was cleaned once. No additional blankets towels or even clean towels were ever provided.

The room was nice and clean, there was a sufficient level of comfort (coffee machine, hair dryer, wifi etc)

Air conditioning in the hotel lobby, corridors, and restaurant was inhumane, it was really unnecessary to keep it to such a low temperature, we were all freezing inside while there was a nice 25 degrees C outside. The breakfast was rather mediocre, you could again think about the environment a little bit, try reducing the plastic waste, and replace the plastic disposable cutlery with a real one. I'm sure your guest would greatly appreciate it.

We booked for four people,room had bed and sofa bed .Sofa bed wasn’t supposed to be for sleeping,very uncomfortable 😣

Downtown great location but in front of homeless shelter

Location is great, right downtown.

Not enough parking, had to park more than two blocks away for $25 overnight making travelling with baggage inconvenient. Backs onto a homeless shelter, so you hear screaming and yelling all night and does not feel the safest.
