Awful neighborhood

Neighborhood is really bad. Lots of meth heads around the block. Screaming and fighting. The parking lot is covered with layers of cigarette butts.

there is no microwave and we waited outside coz there is no staff inside to open the door.

It's a good building and when we arrived it was clean.

We arrived Friday 3pm and left Sunday 10 am , no towels.were changed for my family, they left 2.pods of coffee on Friday and never refiled it. There were no microwaves in the bedrooms it was in the hall ( we estayed on the second floor) there was a continuous smell of food being cooked , mainly eggs, in the hall invading the bedroom. I really didnt like the stay.

There are a lot of permanent residents there from middle east with different culture and they don't think live in a hotel not a home with a lot of kids. It was my worst night in my life. The hotel personal didn't care , He said this is it and we can't control them. He said also we are tired from them but we can't solve your problem. The other room , Kids had fight together till 2:00 Am , with loud TV sound.

Employees It wasn't a hotel , It was same as hostel. For sure hostel and Airbnb are better than this hotel.

Not worth the money paid for the room.

1. Dead Bee inside room and dry leaves, given that 2 small kids along with us. Room# 214 not clean. 2. Water clogging in bath tub, resulting in significant delay in the day plans. 3. Cable TV not worked at all.

The Ac was old and it makes too much noise. The bed wasn't good as well, for one night it is ok.

Located in downtown Ottawa and accessible to various activities by walking. There is a parking available and once you are checked in, you will need your key card to enter the hotel at all times. Don't expect the cleanliness to close to a 5 stars hotel.

Super clean room and friendly staff

Room was clean and staff super friendly. We had an amazing time and the location was perfect. Very happy there was parking available for an extra cost.

Our room key wouldnt work to let us in the building so we had to keep going around front everytime we went outside for a smoke. Our room only had two towels which was frustrating because we specifically asked for a room with a jacuzzi. There were no extra towels available at the front desk.

Experience was not worth price

The room and property could be kept cleaner. The roof of room need to be repaired. The carpet need to be replaced. The grout on the bathroom tile needs to be cleaned. The located is sketchy
