Never again

Stain on carpet, parking ,maintenance man drilling at 8 a. m. Lumpy mattress view not as advertised fire alarm going off for no apparent reason noisy sheets on bed and loud water pipes

Horrible and did not meet expectations

I liked the location and accessibility to the area

The room was really small and being a claustrophobic person it was very stressful. Went to ask if I can upgrade the room and they said no. The room was very cold

Nice staff, beautiful hotel but not given a good view as promised when I reserved room.

Nice and friendly staff. Great that the bathrooms are available after checkout. Great that we can still park after checkout.

I paid a lot of money for a poor view of the Falls when it sounded like I was going to have a great view in the description.

Great Hotel, friendly staff and very close to the falls!

Very Central & close to the falls. Staff were friendly and I got an upgrade and late check out. Free Buss pass for around town which was handy.

Rooms a little small & the Coffee shop (Starbucks) only opens at 8.00. Renovations happening and the water was turned off without warning.

Give Lower price small rooms , let people know what they’re getting because I was disappointed

Rooms to small, a view of the parking lot , no chair to sit on only a bed no fridge or microwave a lot of money for a small little room we got better service at other hotel chains, small rooms you should charge a lower price than what you charge me $250 a night not worth it. I’m better off staying at the Marriott. I got better service ,overlooking the falls on the 15th level. There will be a next time at your place

We had a great time!

View from room was amazing and breakfast at the buffet was excellent.

Hotel sign was hard to see and parking was over priced.

Not worth it what i paid for

bed was comfortable

falls view was partial but i booked for a full view. No dental kit given by the staff. No sleepers. No AC just a centreralised vantilation system. Room interior was too outdated not well maintained. washroom door was too hard to open from inside.

Hot sweaty mess

Great views and close to falls and restaurants

Our room was sweltering hot. Air conditioner not working. Called guest services and they never came. Even with the window open and outside temps around 40 degree Fahrenheit we could not sleep.

Will not recommend this hotel and I will be posting a bad review

The water fall.

The door wouldn’t close hot tub was down and we were not told before we got there it should have been my decision if we wanted to stay. That was one of the reasons we booked with you. No door non to get in to the pool. And not one person asked how our stay was. Will not recommend your hotel. And we still paid full price.

Breakfast was fantastic however I felt hustle as the server demanded a tip in not so many works.

The rooms are a little outdated and needs upgrading.

I’m not recommending to any one to go to this hotel so discussing

Worker and breakfast and restaurant is very good

Hotel it’s to old no service so much bugs and spiders in the room , bed sheets as of welcome has blood on it , the carpet so filthy the washroom no any fan on it and bad smell is coming to the room

Great price for the location.

Location! Location! Proximity to the casino and the restaurants and the hershey store.

The room I was assigned were pretty old and i feel needed an update. The bathroom door didnt close properly the wooded door had swollen up and that made it difficult close it properly. There was no exhaust in the bathroom.

Bad decision to choose our stay

Location is very good

Room size was very small. Property has been degraded and very bad smell in lobby. Beds are shaky. We opted for king bed, and we found out our bed was 2 single beds joined together, and both sides were not levelled, one side was way higher then the other. After we complained they sent a guy to inspect and was told nothing could be done as this is how their king beds are supposed to be. They are like that in case the room requirement is for 2 single beds, seriously it was not expected. Never had that issue with any place we stayed at. After that we called reception again and asked them to give us a proper king bed or a different room that has levelled mattress. We were offered free breakfast and were told not much we can do, except if u wana move to a queen room. We choose the queen room, so atleast we could sleep properly. Never ever going back to this place.

PERFECTION. Location, room, comfort, staff were all excellent.

The room we booked was the one with a jacuzzi inside. The views of Niagra were amazing. The location was just a few steps around the corner of 'The Strip' for food and drinks and shops at night. It was also a few min walk down to Niagara. Good variety of yummy breakfast options, super helpful staff. Highly recommend.

There was nothing about the property that we didnt like. It exceeded our expectations.

Worst hotel I’d ever been in.

Location

The service was trash, The room and beds were very small The room was damp ei beds carpet towels etc Weird smells No fridge No Microwave The “view” of the falls was the neighbouring hotel wall. Staff were not accommodating at all Even over heard staff bad talking about other customers complaining about there stay We paid just under 1000$ for 2 nights I expected way batter and had better stays from cockroach inns. The room above ours was leaking also and AC barely worked. This place looks very nice with carpeted stairway entry with staff in tuxedos however don’t be fooled once you pass the elevator door it’s just one big scam

A luxury hotel close to everything.

The room and view and staff were all amazing. Loved our stay. Really enjoyed the balcony.

I told them it was our 40th wedding anniversary. Thought there might be a wee surprise.

Disappointing

Power went off, so went to bed. Later, fire alarm went off, getting ready to evacuate, then it stopped.30 minutes later, went off again, then voice came on saying to ignore alarm very unsettling.i think partial rebate should be given to guests

Location is great for walking to the falls.

Great location. Reception staffer, Ronald, was great. He was in training and as welcoming and helpful.

Very small room. The “view” was actually a window into the indoor pool. The rooms are showing the age of the hotel. The room we stayed in smelled like urine, so the carpet needs cleaning

Overpriced room for what you get

Location

The air conditioner didn’t work, even after having maintenance look at it they said it was fine but the room never cooled down so I slept very poorly. The rooms were very small and the toilet flusher leaked every time you flushed the toilet. There was hair on the walls and tub in the shower and wasn’t very clean overall. The bed was hard and 2 single mattresses together.

Proximity to falls, Starbucks downstairs. Mark at concierge very helpful and friendly.

Initial room booked on 8th floor and above got a room 4th floor that would not classify as a falls view as in our booking. Queried with receptionist and moved immediately to 12th floor, great view but very dirty windows spoilt it a bit. Coffee prices at Starbucks ridiculous $19.80 for 2 Grandes after tax. Lifts slow, 1 our of order.

Accomodating staff. Detailed info of how much to be paid and refunded, taxes and other charges. Proximity to the restaurants 10th floor (Prime Restaurant) view is awesome! Freebies like beer, hershey photo, bus ride.

Very small window. And it is not really the fall's view, it is facing the Sheraton building, you have to look and lean towards the right side to see the falls far. We were checked in room 906, not recommending this room for the value we paid. No ventilator in restrooms. We were not able to get the free beer, the staff from Niagara Brewery initially approached us happy, welcoming and even asked how's our day until I showed them the coupons from Crowne Plaza telling we got free 2 beers. She told us they were closed already even though they still have 1hr and 10mins before their closing time and so many people are still drinking, we're supposed to stay and drink aside from the free beer, but she just let us go.

No exhaust fan in bathroom. Air conditioning very poor. Bathroom sucks. No refrigerator, no microwave in room and wasn’t told that it will be only available upon request with $25 extra per day.
