Great value for new years eve

Restaurant was closed

Room was cramped and old looking for the price. Beds are hard, room needs to be remodeled. Wall paper was peeling in the bathroom, plus the door knob was almost broken. The most annoying part was being told the free breakfast was not available even because the restaurant was closed even though it’s advertised as such.

The lady at check in was nice and professional no complaints
Could of been a little more cleaner and the parking is terrible but other than that i enjoyed my stay

The location of this hotel was perfect. My family and I could walk to the casino and maid of the mist. The hotel was also the most reasonably priced in the area. I can't explain enough how convenient it was to walk to everything my family wanted to see.
The immediate area around the main attractions was charming and clean, but the neighborhood outside the tourist areas was the opposite. If you stay on the American side of the falls, stick to the tourist areas, and don't venture off too far!

Was not satisfied with the accommodations and did not stay there. Asked if there were any better rooms ie.. suites and the answer was no. VERY DISSATISFIED… IVE BEEN CHARGED FOR BOTH NIGHTS….Awaiting a waiver of charges

Is close to the Niagara Falls State Park, their rates are higher and don't include parking and breakfast
It doesn't include parking, you have to pay an extra fee to park in their lot, doesn't include breakfast, you have to pay additional fee. All the things other hotels include, this one charge extra.

The location was prefect. We were able to walk to all our destinations.
The front desk agent lacks personality, she doesn't greet and seems bothered. I checked in explaining I had reservations for 2 rooms, she insisted I only had one. Secondly, I was told that I would be charged at time of check in, I was charged for the 2 rooms before I arrived at the hotel. I time of check out, we were checked out by the same young woman, once again, attitude, no greeting, no thank you, no nothing. I don't look forward to be treated like a queen, but a simple good morning goes a long way. Lastly, the carpet needs to be cleaned; it smells.

It was clean and quiet. It felt safe.
No breakfast.

The rooms are dated. They feel dirty. And the rugs were very dirty. The bed sheets were stained.I would not recommend.

Linens and bathroom were actually clean (so props to the cleaning staff). That's IT. Nothing else was positive about my stay.
Never got a wake up call after asking for one, hallways were loud, people just standing around, and the staff could give a d*mn about you, even at $375 per night.

Location is very close to the Maid of the Myst and Hard rock cafe
You can't reserve a parking spot. The room was quite old, and you can see unfinished repairs on the walls. The door to the bathroom is sticky. A/C unit is very noisy. In the first five minutes in the room, you can feel a strange smell.

Older rooms but served its purpose. Nice clean refreshed lobby. Old elevators
Smelled dusty. Room had an odour to it. Didn't spend much time in the room but overall served its purpose.
4.0
The location is close to the park and the small selection of entertainment, shops and food. We had a view of Canada. We enjoyed the room features (tray ceiling lights, steam shower, 6 head shower). The alarm clock allows you to put your phone on the dock to play music. The convenience of having snacks, food and beverages in the lobby. Starbucks on site. Check in and check out was quick.
The microwave and coffee maker was unplugged, and the outlet wasn’t working initially. There was signs of water damage and peeled wallpaper. The light in the shower didn’t come on. Not sure if if the rack on the wall in the bathroom is a towel warmer or not because it didn’t work. There were 3 battery operated candles in the alcove in the wall near the desk that didn’t work. probably needed new batteries. The desk lamp may have worked but we couldn’t get it to turn on. We couldn’t find the pull to open the shade in front of the desk. Lights above the living space tv didn’t work. One light in the chandelier was out. We noticed scuff marks on the walls. The title in the bathroom could either be thoroughly cleaned or re-grouted. Starbucks had limited options and unfortunately the menu wasn’t updated to reflect that. The baristas didn’t seem to know what they were doing and I had hair on my sandwich.

location was good
our stay was horrible had a jointing room that hockey players were on the other side kept trying to open the door were pounding on the door that continued almost until 1 am kids playing in the hallway at 10 and continued until 12 balls hitting our door yelling. Totally uncalled for and when we complained it still continued. By 12:30 we were ready to pack up and leave and find another place to stay. We came from Pa to get away and relax and we returned home more exhausted. VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED For the amount we paid sadly I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

Hot tub in the room and the size of the room
The bed was very uncomfortable and paying to park there

Website said there is a breakfast included, there was not. Paying for parking is also ridiculous for the price I paid for a night.
