The hotel was way overpriced and outdated. The pictures are misleading, probably taken when the location first opened. Many pictures show a water view, but we had a parking lot view. The AC unit was very loud and the water tank in the fitness center was empty. Breakfast was not included.

I asked for balcony and view of the river and they gave us the room on the end 4th floor with balcony so we could see the river. It was also a short walk to the pathway of the falls. It was a great vacation.
The balcony did have some cobwebs out there but we just tried to sweep them away. We only had one roll of toilet tissue so we had to go to the desk to get more as we were staying 4 days.

Close proximity to the Falls and within walking distance along the river. Very picturesque and not directly in the downtown hustle and bustle.
I saw reviews of the rooms being very dusty. Upon check-in our king river view room was also dusty. I wiped it down myself and by the next day the room furnishings were dusty again which we realized it must be the air filtration in the room, and not maybe not due to housekeeping. The hotel apologized and gave us 25.00 meal voucher. The beds were hard but pillows were nice. Also, on our 2nd day there while leaving for the attractions housekeeping was just standing and sitting in the hallway goofing off and on their phones , not seeming to be working and they had been hanging in a one spot for a while.

The location is near Niagara Falls State Park. The falls and eatery places are at a walkable distance.
The comforter in one of our two beds had blood stains (a bio-hazard). It was well concealed between the duvet sheets, and hence, we couldn't see it upon checking into the room. I got to see the blood stains after having slept in a night. My 2 year old kid shared the same bed, which is why it made me even more upset because of the fear of blood-borne diseases.
Upon bringing it to the front desk's notice over phone, they seemed as though it was a normal occurrence to them and said they'll get housekeeping to change the sheets once they arrive, which was 3 hours from the call.
I then approached in person at the front desk (the same person that I spoke on the phone was present). A very cold customer care experience received there.
Later that day, the manager messaged me and inquired. She acknowledged the issue and made efforts to make up for the inconvenience by getting housekeeping to tend the room, offering free breakfast the next day, waiving parking fee, and reducing the room rate for the first night.
I appreciated her compensation efforts. But that still doesn't absolve them for letting things slip through. As customers, we pay a good amount for the brand, yet do not receive a quality service.

I booked river view room and they give me 2nd floor room with no view
I can’t get good room

Excellent amenities (including the best chocolate chip cookies I've had in years, at the front desk.) Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful river-view room.
Prices are in line with the whole area - high, but not unduly so for one of the busiest international destinations in the world.

Location, staff, clean
Check in time is very late and check out time is very early. Although I requested early check in via email some days ago was not possible. That’s not nice.

Blisko do Niagara Falls aczkolwiek bez widoków. Śniadanie bardzo przeciętne nawet jak na amerykańskie standardy
W USA ciężko o powtarzalny standard w sieciowym hotelu. Mimo to uważam, że godny uwagi ze względu na darmowy parking i lokalizację.

I liked the location. It was easy to get to places. Had a great time.
I was disappointed the hotel charged 19.95 per person for breakfast but had a 15.00 meal plan per person. Front desk said that meal plan was not included in rate.

It was clean and location is amazing, close to Niagara Falls
The staff, especially at the restaurant, didn’t want to give us food, were extremely rude, brought us soup and 15 minutes later brought us bread though we were asking to bring everything all together. Very disappointed in Hilton

Beds & pillows are super comfy.
The foam in the hot tub was dirty.

Amazing staff amazing access.

Location, indoor pool and hot tub, complementary hygiene products
HIDDEN FEES-Quoted $169 and $204 with taxes they added a $15 parking fee which I had to park in the back of the hotel with my mobility issues, along with an extra $50 fee. So a $170 quote turned out to be $270 plus tip for housekeeping.
UNCOMFORTABLE BEDS- The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and noisy for a luxury hotel!
DIRTY HOTTUB- The hot tub had brown dirt in the foam and people were letting their children hang out in the hot tub.
Dirty Elavator- the Elavator could’ve used a broom throughout the day
Complimentary hygiene products were cheap quality.

Great location, warm welcome and a nice room. The room here is nicer than the "5*" hotel we came from in the city. Super friendly staff too. Shower was great too.
Paying for parking and only marginally less than a non resident

The Breakfast was a typical Hotel Breakfast, however not bad.
We were forced to pay 15 dollars a day for parking even though it does not post this on their web page.
The rooms were a bit tiny, but manageable

Nice views
30 dollar parking for the weekend is a little pricey i think especially when you are paying over 300 a night. The restaurant inside hotel is nice but very expensive.

It’s gud clean gud staff gud breakfast

Very clean, newer building, staff very cheerful and accommodating.
Coffee machine in the room a nightmare to use, set to One cup but dispensed from both ports spilling water everywhere, not enough creamer supplied, more of an annoyance than a serious issue..
Breakfast to expensive, went to a local restaurant.

Locatie was super!
Eerste nacht niet kon slapen door geluid van airconditioning. Waarschijnlijk een rekje los.
Tweede nacht wc verstopt.
Ontbijt was buffet maar bijna niks aangepast voor mensen met melk allergie en/gluten.
Moet parkeren plek betalen in eigen terrein.

From the time we checked in until the time we left, everyone I mean everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant. I do not believe I've had a nicer crew to welcome us into any hotel before. The rooms were clean the hallways and elevators were clean as well. The room service was TOP NOTCH!!!! 10's all across the board
the only one thing I did not like was the housekeeper did not remove the trash when she cleaned the room on the second day. She very well could have overlooked it but she definitely made up for it on the remaining days.

Nothing really went well. We had somewhere to sleep.
We booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub. The hot tub was broken the whole time that we were there. We were never told that we were going to be charged to park in their parking lot. The sofa in our room was stained.
4.1
Spacious room and very comfy bed and pillows. Walking distance to Seneca.
A little hard to regulate room temp
