Prima verblijf voor kort bezoek aan de waterval.

Prima hotel met prima ontbijt. Schoonmaak kan iets beter. Zwembad ziet er niet uit. De waterval is supermooi maar Niagara Falls zelf is treurig. Net een spookstad. De Canadese kant is veel mooier en gezelliger. Goeie bedden.

Hygiëne. Het kon wel wat schoner. En het persoon doet zijn best maar het lijkt er op dat ze het niet naar hun zin hebben. Kijken erg verveeld.

This hotel desperately needs a renovation. Dirty and Overpriced

Location and friendly staff

The rooms were very dated and carpets had an offensive odour. The rooms were not soundproof. Mattress covers were filthy and the mattress itself was lumpy.

Great place to stay, close to entrance of park and great pricing! Family friendly

Close to Niagara Falls state park entrance. You literally can walk from hotel to entrance within minutes. It was very family friendly. The staff was wonderful. If you needed anything, they were quick to help! Love that they offered free breakfast and an Italian restaurant was attached to the hotel. However, we didn't get a chance to try it this time, but it was packed. Rooms were clean and stocked with all the essentials. Which is a MUST have, especially when you're arriving late at night (we got in our room and it was clean, so that made for an easy transition) Overall decent place to stay and reasonable pricing with some perks included!

If you choosing them for the pool might want to rethink it. It was ice cold in July, like were talking 60 since the room is only heated and the pool isn't. However if you do a lot of walking it feels great to soak your legs in it ha... seriously freezing my kids only jump in once to swim after they walk so much and were hot and they didn't stay in long...

Hotel with excellent location

The location is excellent, the size of the room and its facilities are okay.

There was a continuous kitchen-smell in the room. The breakfast is relatively poor but still okay but you have to arrive in time to enjoy it.

We had an OK time exploring the city but as far as the hotel it was crappy

The price was reasonable the beds were comfortable

The continental breakfast they ran out of stuff on our last day there knowing that they offer that they should have been well stocked nobody came to our room to ask us if we need any extra towels or to clean out our trash the front desk people were not very helpful they never welcomed us to stay there and never gave us any information on what time the breakfast was or what time the pool was open till and I had other guests ask me if I work there and there were some things wrong with the room like the sink didn’t work right etc.

Good room, good breakfast, good location (10 minutes by foot from entrance in the Niagara Falls park and 20 minutes by foot from Rainbow bridge).

The person who was at the reception desk when we checked in wasn't very communicative.

The room was comfortable but the tv had no sound.

Breakfast was good except for the coffee, it taste like water.

The person that received us was great, but the following day the girl that was at the desk, was too serious and not friendly.

A wonderful place to stay for a first time visit to Niaga Falls

The location was wonderful. The receptionist was very helpful.

They don’t listen to their customers and charge you for things you didn’t do! I will stay at a chain Hotel next time.

Location is close to the falls and casino

When we got there the girl who checks people in wasn’t there. she left a note saying she was in the bathroom but was really off the property and went home to get “something”! Get checked in, room is decent. Next day is checkout. We go to breakfast and come back. Our room key doesn’t work. Gi to the desk the morning woman says check out is at 11. Ok, it’s only 9am! She does our key and as we’re going to our room, housekeeping stops us and says she thought we left. Ummm, NO we didn’t. We got breakfast. We check out by 10:30. Later that day I see additional charges for the room so I call. The owners charged me a smoking fee when I don’t even smoke. According to them housekeeping said we were smoking in our room (we don’t smoke) and charged us a $100 fee! Now I’m going back n forth defending the fact we don’t smoke! NOPE! Basically housekeeping can say whatever so they can charge you and call you a liar! I feel like housekeeping said this because we had to tell her we weren’t checked out yet and she didn’t like it. SCAMMERS!

Ok, When we arrived we waited 20 minutes at the reception We made 3 calls Someone hung up after she arrived She said she was canceling the reservation She claims that my father's credit card does not match my name in the passport Then I asked to pay from my card She said she would call the police It was ten at night and we could not go to another hotel She called the manager He was very nice We paid him in cash because he also refused for me to pay with my dad's credit card Although my father was present and sleeping in the room with me. We had a scary experience. Booking advertises hotels without inspection. The manager was very nice But that doesn't make up for the fear In front of the clerk who screamed at us and wanted to cancel the reservation on her own accord. She literally threatened that if we didn't cancel she would call the police.

We received an invoice No documentation that we paid cash And we pay cash because they refused receive our credit. So we fear that it might charge the credit with double payment ( credit card which we made the reservation )will be charged double at the same time

The lady at the front desk in the morning was unfriendly, unprofessional and rude. She didn't even say good bye at the checkout.

Closeness to National Park.

The room had a smell as if the carpet had not been clean. As if a bathroom door had been left open. Front desk saff disappeared after first contact

Didn’t spend much time in hotel. Wasn’t a bad place to stay.

Hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. The price was reasonable. We were able to walk to the falls. Casino across the road.

The PARKING… Not enough space.
