Very good location, comfortable and well equipped room, food good.

We had the Buffet breakfast. Plenty to eat but menu repetitive each day. Coffee excellent.

Cups of tea were only luke warm.

Все було чисто, зручно і комфортно

Персонал не привітний. При вʼїзді до готелю чоловік на ресепшн був грубим, невдоволеним. Не допоміг, коли виникли труднощі з ліфтом. Він чомусь не працював в той момент. Ми мусили ходити від ліфта до ліфта з усім багажем. Зранку виникли «нюанси» зі сніданком. Він виявився платним. Хоча попередньо входив у вартість. Таким чином, відпочинок у готелі по вартості вийшов надто дорогим. Нам пояснили, що на booking позначка «сніданок включено» не завжди означає це буквально. Особисто я з таким стикнулася вперше.

Not great at all.

Booking.com said breakfast was complimentary. For the price we paid, we should’ve got breakfast.

The beds weren’t made well. No directions as to where was the ice machine. No directions on phone or website as to how to call front desk. TV didn’t work and we had to get maintenance to come. Toilet seat was loose and that was not nice. Rotating door at front entrance made it very difficult to get out and in with luggage trolley.

Great experience

For a budget hotel, it has everything you need. It has a swimming pool and self service laundry. The location is also very nice as it is near restaurants and a few stores.

There is no free bottled water. The shuttle service driver was a bit reckless as well. We almost had an accident.

For the short term we stayed it was okay.

The property was good and had enough parking.

what I didn’t like was that on our level was party happening and very noisy as people were running up in down the hallway. Our room during the night started to blow hot air out the fan as the thermostat was not responding to put out cool air.

comfortable bed and good shuttle bus service

The room is quite big and the bed is comfort. The location is not so far from translation and shopping mall there are many Asia food shops and restaurants. The hotel receptionists are friendly and helpful. The hotel shuttle bus service very good. I have booked airport transfer pick up and drop off. It cost one way 5 C$, and very good price.

Big rooms supermarkets nearby. Out of town location.

The room was very friendly and spacious. Good breakfast. Fridge and microwave very handy.

We were promised a lift to the local bus stop and it was withdrawn with no notice. We nearly missed our bus to Banff!

Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was lovely. Tea coffee area was a lovely bonus. Restaurant food was very good. breakfast was really nice and great value buffet . Shuttle service was great

Very clean and quiet. Everything was taken care of before hand, didn't have to ask for anything.

No WiFi on TVs, or inability to cast phone to TV.

I would 100% stay again. Beautiful hotel. Would just be sure to eat elsewhere.

the room and premises was beautiful and clean.

the receptionist at time of check in was abrupt/not personable. Room service was extortionate. I know it’s usually more expensive but a small plain pizza, a chicken dish, wings and 4 pop for almost $90 is a bit steep.
