Very comfortable unit. View was excellent. Pool access was an asset.
Sofa bed mattress was extremely thin. No coffee filters were provided with machine.
4.5
Spacious room with nice facilities.
Small things, but the screen door to the patio was very jammed and we worried about breaking it every time we opened the door. Also the bathrooms were very outdated and the toilets very short.
5.0
Spacious well equipped facilities. Close to ski lifts.
At top of hill.

We had breakfast at the Portobello Restaurant ( in the Fairmont) - highly recommend- excellent food. New carpets and appliances in the rooms this year. Very large and comfy rooms.
We had a water leak in our room and had to change mid stay. The pool was working this year (unlike past stays) but could be maintained better.
4.0
the unit was bigger than expected, impeccably clean and stocked with everything we could need for a week
nothing really
5.0
Great location and nice, sunny condominium.
Closet door was falling off.

The pool was not operational, it should have been noted

Overall, really enjoyed our stay. The unit was spacious and clean enough. a little dated but not a problem. the beds and bedding were comfortable and the we never had any issues with noise from other units. great access to the hill. Just wonder why they make garages so low so you can’t drive in with a roof rack? lots of people use Thule’s or similar and have to take the darn thing off like we did, or park the vehicle outside. not much you can do at this point I guess.
Garage height.
4.0
what we liked about the property was the location.
what I didn’t like about the room was the fact that the new carpet smelled was so strong that we had to leave all windows open and fans on the whole stay. construction noise three days in a row not just the one day they said it would be going on. door on microwave opens wrong way.. couch cushions were old and falling apart.
5.0
Spacious, quiet, well equipped unit.
3.5
Great location, well equiped & comfortable.
Washing machine & clothes dryer not working, fan in ensuite bathroom also broken. We relied on working washing facilities as travelling around the country. Weren’t told before we arrived.
4.5
great apartment ideal for a family
4.0
The rooms were very big, WiFi worked well, fully appointed kitchen and laundry
I would have preferred not having to stop at Creekside to collect the keys and drop them off.
4.0
It was a great space!
Couldn't use the deck.
4.0
The pool and the spa. Kids love it. The location is good and with free parking. Fully equipped kitchen makes my family trip even better.
The dryer is not working.
4.4
Huge units, nice pool and hot tub.
Picking up keys at a lock box at the resort office instead of at one of the lock boxes at the property.
2.5
rooms were spacious, good ski in ski out location
hot tub was closed for service the whole trip without any notice. no action on the repairs during the time we were there. pool was heated for the first couple days and then was not heated subsequently
4.5
location & large hot tub

Great pool/hot tub set up. Very spacious suite.
The carpets could use a cleaning.
5.0
Our apartment was huge with 2 washrooms. Very nice and quiet location.
A small bike room.
2.0
Addition of umbrellas and more nice chairs at the pool
No air conditioning in our unit and no air conditioning in the hallways
It was so hot in the hall ways and in our units(311/611/320)
Hand sanitizers by the elevators was empty the entire week we were there.
The pool was cloudy and dirty every day. The kids constantly brought up handfuls of hair....
No checking of water quality or cleaning of the water EVER during our stay.
Before I booked at Woodrun I called and was told that the hot tub and pool were going to be in operation the week we were there. Our little grandkids just love playing in the pool but we were hesitant to even let them play in it and we were all VERY disappointed that the Hot Tub was not working during our vacation at Wood Run.
4.5
Great location 5 min walk from the Upper Village. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable with a nice view. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come back.
The balcony was very dirty. Someone had spilled sticky drinks so the floor was visibly dirty and very sticky. There was also little piles of other dirt, dust and moss, it didn't look like it had been cleaned for months. Because of this my husband did not want to use the balcony. We contacted the owners/company and they responded quickly and left a message. Unfortunately we were out hiking and it was not convenient to get back to them as our vacations are usually jam-packed. Since we were only there for a short time the issue did not get resolved.
4.5
having someone available to speak to when there was a problem would have been helpful.

Very good practice and guidelines set up to prevent spreading of virus. Booking for Swimming pool and hot tub is easy online. A lot of space in the unit, 2 bed rooms plus den, with living area and kitchen. Comfortable stay and just like at home. Fans are available in the unit.
Location is super. Parking is free for our stay.
Friendly staff and very supportive.
Hot day and the room temperature is high as no air conditioning. Limited access for facility due to COVID pandemic caution.
5.0
Space is so big. And location is convenient.
The ski locker’ lock is hard to open
3.5
Location is quiet, spacious condo, two big bathrooms
Out dated, lighting was too dark
