Location and Room layout was excellent
could have used 1 extra comfy chair to sit in

large and comfortable. good location
no air conditioning. very hot in afternoons.
10.0 / 10.0
Good size rooms, helpful staff and very clean apartment. Pre-arrival contact was excellent. The location was also very good, with a ten minute walk to Whistler village and ski in ski out from Blackcomb. Room 366 also has a good view over the pools and the slopes. Would highly recommend staying here.
The pool and hot tubs were quite small, but this was not really a problem as there was room for everyone who wanted to go in.

Self contained. Good Unit and proximity to lifts. Very nice hot tubs!!
Minor items. Unit could use more forks, spoons knives ect So dish washer does not need to be run when half full. The unit overlooks front driveway so snow plow noise at 6:00 am often heard

Super easy- I received a phone call 30 minutes prior to arriving, so I picked them up and all went well!
Would have been helpful to know I had to pick up the keys prior to arriving, especially in a different location than the accommodations.

Ski in/out with ski valet.
5.0 / 10.0
The on-slope location is great for skiing.
The parking garage has a low gate and ceiling that prevents SUVs/Trucks with a ski box from actually entering. Given the use case is skiing, this is an incredibly bad design.
The unit itself is pretty similar to a Residence Inn - functional but not charming in any way. It was clean but dated. Our particular location had a balcony that looked onto the roof of a doorway...also very uncharming

no pool towels. hot tub was dirty, no warning of wild animals taking food from balcony

It was good for two couples to have apartment-style accommodation to spend time together, with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The rental was well-appointed and clean. We enjoyed the pool area, and the proximity to Blackcomb gondola and village.
We couldn't make use of the outdoor seating area as it was under repair, and workmen were outside the windows at 9am, which is probably an isolated incident, but avoidable.

Well stocked kitchen and like the room layout in general. Nice and safe garage. Overall a nice stay.
Pool was closed for our stay. Bedroom balcony was not clean with dead bugs on the floor. Ensuite washroom had a very weird half shower curtain.

Great place to stay, with a balcony and an outstanding view over the mountains.
The size of the rooms and living room was big and thus very comfortable.
Comfortable rooms with 2 bathrooms. Great kitchen, with many equipments.
The mattress of the single beds were a bit used and soft.

Nice location & clean.
The unit had no a/c and made sleeping uncomfortable.

Room was clean, comfy, and well located.
The entry numbers we were given for the common spaces did not work, which caused some inconvenience a couple of times.

Our main purpose to Whistler was to someone most of our time on the slopes; hence the ski in ski out option for this location was a plus point!
The reception desk was helpful when we needed to book taxis; and store our luggage when we check out.
Rooms and property were clean and comfortable. 2 bedrooms are perfect for families since there is a comfortable private communal area.
Hot tub was my main criteria when selecting my stay and Aspens had good ones.
Limited food options around the vicinity which also makes this area more tranquil.
Skis/snowboards have to be stored with the valet, which causes a queue at peak times.

Very poor interaction with whiski jack staff. Would not book with Whiski jack again.

The location and the amenities were perfect for our needs. The poll and hot tub were well maintained and we felt safe using them.
The carpet, it gave us allergies. It would have been nicer to have tile everywhere like the kitchen and bath. A few items were missing in the kitchen like plastic wrap and foil and basics like oil.

Quiet
Smoking on the street, too many kids in the poll, should have adult time, key code numbers are too long and too many of them. Kitchen could have used a few more items, Saran Wrap, tinfoil, etc.
5.0 / 10.0
Coffee for more than one day and A/C😅
No AC

The location was perfect
The time limit on the pool should give families
More time 30mins not enough

Once I got here I remember that I had stayed here before and swore I wouldn't stay again. The blinds and the remote were broken. It's incredibly noisy. I believe I asked for a quiet suite and was told that would be no problem as the building us away from the main plaza but the suite is above the main entrance facing the cul de sac....you hear everyone going and coming. It is very loud. The beds really soft. Even though there is a 10pm sound curfew no one seems to care. It was over all tidy but upon closer inspection I noticed things like dried up toothpaste on the bathroom sink, dust on the night stands and a cheerio on the floor in the living room which makes me wonder how well they vacuumed or cleaned. All of there were issues last time and I must have had amnesia when I booked again. It is one of the cheapest and you definitely get what you paid for. If you just need a place to put your stuff while you go out all day and are wanting to stay up late or don't mind noise then this will be ok for you. If you want somewhere to relax and get a good nights sleep DO NOT COME HERE.
