Good rooms with too simple breakfast and slow shuffle transfer from airport to hotel.

Breakfast is too simple with no basic food such as boiling eggs etc.

Shuffle transfer from airport to hotel is very slow. We waited for more than one hour.

internet was terrible which really hampered my work. The ironing board was a mock board without self standing legs I which had to ask to be replaced. The dry cleaner was supposed to deliver the laundry by 7 pm. Failure to do so made me change my early morning flight. Because of that I asked for the check out time to be extended which was not granted.

Lack of pool very disappointing

Breakfast ok. Location great. Staff terrific!

We had booked this hotel specifically as it had a pool. The pool was out of service for our entire stay!

Très bon hôtel

Très bon hôtel, calme et bien fréquenté. Parking gratuit. Petite salle de sport et petite piscine. Voiture indispensable et se garer à Toronto est très simple, parking partout mais compter 15-20 euros pour la journée. Transport en commun bof . Un magasin métro ( carrefour city canadien), à 5 min et une multitude de fast food à proximité, mais en voiture

Petit déjeuner pourrait être plus varié .

Pdj varié et complet. Personnel accueillant. Parking gratuit et disponible. Chambre spacieuse. Proximité du Centennial Park, du Golf...et surprise de piste avec remonte-pente!!!??

Rien mais la piscine aurait besoin d'un nettoyage des carrelages et de la ligne d'eau...

Great hotel service close to airport

The front desk staff from the Manager, Haman were great, especially the night clerk when we arrived at 3.30 a.m after an awful flight. The room was large and sophisticated decor and great beds. The breakfast is the best anywhere, great cheesy scrambled eggs, bacon cooked perfectly and waffles, cereal, muffins, fruit, yogurt. It surpassed the competition by a mile. Also good bus service to airport.

Previously, followed recommendation for food delivery but ignore the Mamma pizza brochure....as no restaurant for meals beyond breakfast. Close by apparently but cold rain kept us from exploring...

A proximidade com o Aeroporto

No check-in a recepcionista fez a maior confusão. Já tínhamos pago mas ela disse que foi estornado pelo cartão e me fez passar de novo. Enfim, apareceram 4 cobranças, sendo 3 referentes a hospedagem e uma a fiança de praxe. Isso nos causou transtornos porque sem falar inglês direito tivemos que explicar a outra pessoa para corrigir o erro. Também não houve limpeza no apto.

clean and affordable hotel close to airport

Staff were friendly. They accepted our early check-in request and offered us breakfast. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfy. Coffee and tea was available in the lobby 24h.

Breakfast was minimal but delicious. Not much items in bathroom except soaps and shampoo. Location was hard to access with public transport but close to airport if you have car. + I was requested in booking.com to pay extra 4-5 dollars after 1 month of my stay due to price change! I have not paid that but that was weird.

Good sized room, comfortable bed, good air conditioning. The bathroom is very spacious and very clean. Breakfast has good variety, enough to meet expectations.

A little more investment in the breakfast might make the stay superb. The location is quite far from downtown, but not a huge problem.

Close to the airport, complimentary shuttle to the airport, clean facilities and a generous room size for the price. All of the staff were kind and helpful.

The breakfast wasn’t too great, but was fine if you weren’t after hot food!

We had a great stay. The pool was clean and warm. Breakfast was simple but had everything we needed to start off our day. The staff was friendly, and the accommodations were clean.
