The room was nice but the service at the front desk was awful. :)

The individual who assisted us during check-in exhibited a discourteous demeanor and appeared unwilling to provide necessary explanations. Upon our arrival, we were informed that the deposit could be settled either during check-in or check-out. I found this assertion surprising, as it contradicted my prior understanding of standard procedures. When I sought clarification, the staff member responded with a condescending remark. He asked: "Is this your first time living in a hotel? I have to explain everything to you?" The interaction left me feeling really uncomfortable and overlooked, as I perceived the response to be both impolite and potentially discriminatory. It is disheartening when personnel at the front desk seem disinclined to address guests' inquiries, as fostering open communication is a fundamental aspect of their role. Such encounters raise questions about the effectiveness and purpose of having a front desk if guests' queries are met with dismissiveness rather than assistance. :)

Very comfortable for a quick stay over for an early flight.

Comfortable Bed, Sound proof, heavy curtains, good size room. Good to know the shuttle operates 24 hrs per day, even though I didn't end up using the shuttle.

Easy overnight accommodation pre next day flight.

Had dinner on our first evening which was vey good. Was nice to be able to sit & play a board game on decent sized tables.

We were double charged for our rooms, this was resolved seemingly without intervention from us. We did try to question the charges but were never able to get through to the right contacts. However, all's well that ends well but perhaps easier access to on line billing queries would help.

Quiet luxury.

Spacious, comfortable, clean, relaxing. Location is a bit further out of the city, but it feels calming to be there and worth the drive into the city if needed.

The USB outlets on the bedframe and desk didn't work. Could not use only the cord to charge. Needed an iphone charging base.

Ok but not great

It was nice and clean. Dinner was great

I had to wait over 30 minutes for the shuttle. I called them twice and they said it would only be 10 minutes and that it was on its way. Then 25 minutes when it wasn’t there I called again and they said it must have been stuck in traffic. The hotel is literally a 5 minute drive from the airport!

Best park&fly offer for long term parking near the airport. Super friendly and helpful staff. Prompt shittle service. Even got a free smoothie upon my arrival!

comfortable and convenient

The property was extremely clean, the staff were very nice and helpful, and the room was also very clean and the bed was very comfortable! I really love the rain shower. I wasn’t there long enough to experience the restaurant or the bar but they both looked fantastic.

Ridiculously expensive pop from front desk! Since our flights were delayed, we were unable to enjoy the facility-not the hotel's fault.

Great little gym with water and towels in the fridge. staff could not do more to be helpful! only downside was that other than the airport, it was far from anything else.. but that was not what I booked it for!

Superb

Lovely modern hotel, very close to Calgary airport. Friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant. Parking free. Lovely restaurant on site with great choice and good food. Cosy and nice atmosphere at Christmas with the nice touch of hot chocolate in reception when you arrive. Ideal for stay if using the airport or nearby facilities. Very good value for money.
