The staff was very nice, helpful and friendly thanks to Johnathon. The breakfast included was a great option for my family and I, we also enjoyed the close proximity to a lot of amenities and shopping.
The FALSE advertising of airport shuttle on the website, that was a very disappointing inconvenience for me and my family. That needs to be addressed immediately

The staff was friendly and helpful, I enjoyed the hot breakfast and quiet location.
The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and 1 of the elevator was down for 4 days while there.

Free beverages (coffee, flavored water) throughout whole day. Pool area to relax. Sufficient parking space. I didn't use it, but they have a nice gym. They accept cash.
I travelled with a group, but had preferred to rather go somewhere else. It was my fourth stay in this hotel over the last years. I stayed in different rooms on different floors and know what I am talking about. Shuttle bus to Ft. Lauderdale that existed before is no longer offered. The hotel is run-down. Old carpets, walls need paint, bathrooms are not modern/suitable/contemporary. The entire hotel has a brownish, oppressive 80/90's ambiance. I assume that the hotel has a problem with mold. There are fans and devices installed all over the place (lobby, 3rd floor) to scent the air. Two years ago I needed to change rooms as it had a bad smell of mold from the A/C. This time my room had a welcome smell of urine. Maybe it was not in my room, but I believe there is a plumbing problem. The toilet bowl in my bathroom was loose. Housekeeping is done every other day. I stayed there three nights. They did not come at all. I recommend to wear ear plugs at night. (Applies for 3rd floor, four rooms away from from elevator) The noise from elevators, ventilation and ice machine is heard and may disturb your sleep.
I payed approx. USD 200 per night. The price is a rip off regarding a value-for-money ratio. Prices may have been higher as usual because Miami Dolphins played that weekend. To compare, I stayed in a very nice hotel with only best ratings for less than USD 200 at Miami South Beach.

The room and bathroom were clean and the beds were comfy, I love the bathroom products like shampoo, conditioner etc. (excellent quality) and the dispensers in the tub was a plus. Liked the variety of choices for breakfast.
The only thing that needs urgent attention is the bedroom rug. It was so dirty that my socks get dirty for walking on them.

Very clean with a very nice staff. Rooms are big. Shampoo conditioner and body wash included in shower.
The breakfast needs serious work. Had a waffle maker but only strawberry waffle mix, no potatoes, eggs only had cheese in them in a folded taco looking way, no bacon only like some kind of sausage cut up. No bananas, no yogurt. My husband is a scrambled egg, bacon, and waffle eater, but he was out of luck and ate nothing. Very disappointing, we have stayed at other Hampton Inns that had a much better breakfast.

We like the breakfast
Very disappointed and unhappy about the hotal false advertisement.
We chose that hotel location because it offered a free shuttle to the airport. The lady at the reception told us the shuttle van is in the garage being serviced and therefore is not available.
The next morning, we asked another lady at the reception about the free shuttle. To our surprise, she said they have not been offering free shuttle service to the airport for a long time.
We are not happy at all because, if we had known there was no free shuttle, we would have booked another hotel.

The location and staff was nice
This place is falling apart! Dirty, trash piled up for days!
For that price you should definitely choose somewhere else. It's dirty, unsafe and just not worth the price. It's a shame because the place used to be one of the best hotels in the area. Things are falling apart, the maintenance is horrendous and More than anything safety is a big issue. I have stayed here many times but no more. Unless you need walking access to tower shops or Broward mall, avoid this place and choose something elsewhere in plantation. Peachtree rake note!
