Just an overnight less than 12 hour stay

We did not like anything about this hotel.

There was no ice machine, my smoke detector was hanging by wires over the bed, the tub shower had stains , the internet said newly remodeled and we did not see anything new, my friends room had bugs! Our blinds were broken. The price was way to high for this place

Nous sommes arrivés à 22h : deux réservations (une famille de 3 personnes dont un enfant de 4 ans et une personne seule). La personne à l'accueil n'a même pas pris la peine de nous demander nos réservations qu'elle nous annonçait déjà avec une totale nonchalance qu'il n'y avait plus de chambres de disponible et qu'elle ne nous proposait pas de solution. A force d'insister, on nous annonce que deux chambres sont disponibles. Malheureusement leur logiciel a un problème ils ne peuvent pas enregistrer la famille de 3. Notre amie a pu avoir une chambre. La chambre était grande nous avons donc demandé à rajouter des matelas vu l'heure tardive. Non cet hôtel n'a pas de matelas disponible. Au final, au bout de 2h, nous étions obligés de réserver dans un autre hôtel, or que nous avions déjà payé cet hôtel ! Tellement honteux de proposer ce genre de service, avec des personnes totalement incompétente. J'ai demandé le remboursement. J'attends.

It was overall not that bad. Security wise they need someone walking the grounds and inside. Fire alarm kept going off.

I like that it was close by where I needed to be for the weekend for carnival

The room could have gone through a little better cleaning. Residue of bodily fluid, and a dead cockaroach

Update/fix your reservation system. When I went on the website to make this reservation, 2 days before, all room choices were available. Received a text/email during the drive that my room was ready. On arrival I was greeted with, "we overbooked our rooms." Compensating us with a free additional room worked out as the 3rd person in our group is an adult. What if we had an underage kid or disabled adult? The staff's attitude bordered on insolence or hostility because I questioned them about the screw up. Rest assured, this won't happen again.

Terrible not worth it!!!

I only liked that it was conveniently located near where I needed to be.

The front desk staff at check in was rude. She never even made eye contact with me and not one smile. I worked at a hotel and the 1st impression is everything. Then we booked 2 rooms and we were on completely separate floors. How do you put a family that booked 2 rooms on completely separate floors? Then the rooms smelt like mold. We all got congested. The bathroom was also full of mold which I took pictures of. When we asked to move we were told to come the following day around 2pm which for us was not possible for us as we had appointments to attend. But it truly seems they dont care. I paid the extra money to stay here because breakfast was included but we still left and went out to eat because they only had muffins and granola bars. I could have stayed at a comfort suites for less and had hot breakfast for my kids. Very displeased with the entire stay!

The breakfast was minimal and not a real Continental. There was no room service the entire time. There was no front desk after certain hours.

everything. the room had a kitchen but no dishes, silverware, glasses, etc. They said they also had no ice and no computer to print out anything. I asked then for a stapler and she said they had one but did not know where it was. There was no where to sit luggage and no hangers. Who ever says this was rated excellent must have been a fake review. I have traveled for 40 years and this was like staying on skid row. You should take this hotel off of your website

It was perfect shelter and convenience from hurricane Ian. Staff was helpful and the price was right

Location was very convenient to the highway. Good location in relation to the surrounding stores, restaurants and gas stations. Plenty of grassy areas to walk our dogs.

The floors in the room were a bit dirtier than expected, especially the bathroom floor.
