AWFUL just a nightmare

The room really sucked! Nothing

The room really sucked the bed was squeaky every time I turned or my husband we were woken by the squeaky noise. I had to go buy a blowup mattress because the couch bed was awful for my son to sleep on! The pool and hot tub were filled with leaves! Dirty! Not to mention I was in a deep sleep and the fire alarm went off because they’re doing construction. And every time someone went out side that dang door would slam shut! Needless to say I’ll never ever stay there again!

Great stay and convenient location in Plantation

The hotel is a little bit older but it was very clean and all of the staff that we encountered are very helpful and friendly.

The beds were not very comfortable and I think there should be an option for two queens instead of two fulls

O quarto e o banheiro possuem um bom tamanho, o quarto tem uma cozinha e utensílios que são bem úteis, a localização é perto de vários comércios, voltaria

Nada me incomodou, apenas, como sugestão, poderiam começar a oferecer café da manhã, apesar de ter umas barras de cereais e máquina de café que já ajuda bastante

ME HA DESCEPCIONADO, incluso siendo esta la segunda vez que me aloje allí, solo por la UBICACION

Queda muy bien ubicado, en una zona muy buena.

Encontré cucarachas en la habitación. La alfombra muy oscura hace que se guarde y ESCONDA la mugre y sucio, de hecho, cucarachas. El inodoro estaba rajado. el aire se apagó de un momento a otro y para poder reiniciarlo, la solución fue desconectarlo y volverlo a conectar. El desayuno es muy muy pobre y BASICO. huevos de caja.

Very large, clean and comfortable room!

Very comfortable, large and clean room. Bed and pillows were wonderful. Breakfast included with few options but nothing to complain about it.

We enjoyed our stay, got to use the pool a couple of times.

It has a pool. they had a good selection for breakfast . We had room close to the elevator which was very convenient.

The location, it was kind of isolated, no hotels, no restaurants nearby.

Hotel attendant should double check rooms or at least escort guests, to make sure everything is ok.

Only had coffee and packaged muffins.

I went through 3 different rooms. First room wasn't cleaned at all. Second room, key wouldn't work. I had to keep going back and forth carrying my luggage. Maintenance had to be called because front desks keys wouldn't work at all, neither. Third room, I gained access, but then saw roaches. Coffee pot was attached to the wall, so it couldn't be removed to get cleaned prior to use. It was dusty. I made the best of it by cleaning it out myself with a wet napkin, and putting water in it to drain it out, before actually making me some tea. I was too far from home and I had a very important exam the following day to study and go over for. I went and bought bug spray, lysol wipes and air freshener to sanitize the room. Good thing I had my scented candle, blanket and own pillow.

Location

The noise level. There was some kind of noise off and on throughout the night coming from the outside. Made it difficult to get a decent night's sleep. Also, not sure what was going on in the area but I thought the price was a bit high for the level of hotel.

Disappointing

very close to where we needed to go to.

room did not feel clean at all. Breakfast was not good at all, the best part of it was the waffles that you make it yourself.

I like the free parking n that it wasn't far from where I was in town for. It was ok if you're short on cash & NEED to be in town for a reason other than vacation.

It was out dated, it had a old smell carpets need to be deep cleaned or replaced, replaced would be better. Rooms needs deep cleaning. Hotel room is just out dated.
