Breakfast was wonderful.
Staff were amazing.
We couldn’t get enough of the boiled shrimp at the bar.
Everything was very clean.
Pillows and bed super comfortable
More availability of food. Most restaurants that host conventions have 24 hr food and more advertisement of food in the room. There was no menus and QR on tv did not mention room delivery options.
I had no idea I should have food delivered.
Room was cleaned 1st day and not after that.
Bathroom condition seemed tired.
For the price and for a Hilton I expected a higher level hotel. The rooms and amenities were more at the level of a Hilton garden.

We loved the location. The primary purpose of the trip was a couple of Orioles games so it was sooo convenient. But was also very convenient to seeing other sights.
The hot tub was cold

Location
Room smelled strongly of cigar smoke . The smell made the stay very unpleasant. Room 1158
Received breakfast voucher and no breakfast was available.Resturant was not opened. If the restaurant is not open in the morning just don't hand out vouchers.
The voucher thing was annoying .

location
there is no 24 hour food services and they do not take cash at cafe inside the hotel. none of the vending machines were in working order for any drinks.

The location of the proper was in the center of everything. Most restaurants and activities were no more than 10mins away.
The front desk customer service was terrible. My card was charged 3 times for a 2 day stay. I was given the run around as to why my card was constantly being charged. Finally a manager was found and cleared everything up. My towels were dirty. See photos below!
