it was bad and frustrating

the parking

the room wasn’t that clean there was stains on mattresses and it took 2 days to ask for blankets for the other beds and sheets when we got a bed and a pull out bed

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel.

The room was very comfortable to live in. The hotel is centrally located and very clean. The Metro was within walkable distance and buses ran every ten minutes. On the last day of our stay we had to check out at 11;00 a.m. The staff were very kind by taking care of our suitcase which allowed us to attend our church conference till 2 pm that afternoon. We came back to the hotel to collect our suitcase and head on to the airport. This act of kindness was extremely helpful to us which we appreciate very much.

Running the restaurant and providing food would have been very helpful. Management should consider including breakfast with the room rate. Being a 2 storey walk up there were no elevators. It would have been nice if bell boys were available to carry the luggage to the room. My husband is 75 years old and it was hard carrying the suitcase up two flights of stairs.

Perfect for work + Soccer game at Stade Saputo near :)

I always go there when I have to go to work in town, eating out around it, often with a little soccer game at Stade Saputo as a bonus. Nice and friendly team at Chablis.

There is no more continental lunch since the covid :(

Everything was dirty, floor was sticky, bathtub had a lot of hair and particles, bed was dirty, a lot of hair and stains.

The room had moldy smells and there was only one garbage 🗑 can in the room there was no garbage can in the washroom

The room was small smelled the washroom was garbage there was no toilet paper holder there was no sound proof at all i will not recommend this place

Room met my needs.

Easy access to the hospital, good parking, close to restaurants etc.

no breakfast or food on site, no coffee maker in the room no ice bucket Someone tried to steal the catalytic converter off of my car in the parking lot, and I needed repairs before I could head home.

We would return, but at the usual rate.

The size of the room was adequate but we were paying a higher-than-usual rate because of it being a holiday weekend and the room seemed better for a single person.

love that it was such a close walk to the subway and from there we were 10 min commute to the casino!

It was interesting how the bathroom was set up - toilet was separated from the sink and shower but it was fine - just different

It was an awful experience.. worst hotel I’ve stayed in

Not much I liked about this hotel … I was overall upset with my stay at this hotel .. I tried to speak with the front desk but she didn’t offer to make it right ..

I could hear people having sex in the next room .. it was so loud .. there was a indent in the bed on the one side which was annoying … no full length mirror … only giant mirror right directly beside the bed ….the lighting was terrible in the room ..

it doesn’t same as the pictures . when i get the room it doesn’t clean, it is so different with the photos in the booking . room doesn’t have a refrigerator and water too. very busy and noisy hotel it’s not good for rest.

Our stay here was terrible and overcharged for non- existed services.

Nothing

No elevator, no breakfast as advertised, lumpy, old bed. This hotel is old and needs a major renovation!!
