Everything was great! We would booked again

The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location. We stayed for a soccer tournament at Starfire. Breakfast was GREAT!

Can’t think of much. Double queen rooms were a little tight for four people plus luggage but we made it work.

The most comfortable bed

The bed was excellent - was even more comfortable than mine at home. Think about it. Are you staying in a hotel due to the landscaping or convenient parking? No, you are renting a place to spend 80% of your time, or more, in the bed.

Service and amenities came up short.

No hot breakfast eggs, meat, potatoes for two days of my stay. No protocol in place to inform or to rectify the problem. Very poor from coffee running out as well as muffins and other pastries.

Shuttle service was great!

Over priced but easy trip to airport

Very easy to get to sea tac airport! Quick check in and out! Staff was friendly!

Room was dated and cupboard doors were broken. Check in area had a bad cigarette smoke smell.

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was decent, not overwhelming.

Very unhappy with he transportation service to the cruise port. Either your book needs to be updated or they should not be changing the price. We had 8 people so a van was required. We were quoted by your hotel staff 105.00 and that was confirmed by the transport service. Hours later the transport service got back to your staff and said it was 120.00 one way. I know it was only 15.00 difference BUT it's the principle. Your staff was not at fault at all. And the transport place was 45 mins late picking us up. Will NOT use this service again.

Nicely renovated facilities. Front desk staff was pleasant. Room was wonderful.

Shower curtain rail was loose. Water pressure in shower was fair.

Very unsatisfactory! Not your typical Hampton Inn.

Room was fine.

Shuttle not running until 4 pm despite the advertising to the contrary. No breakfast available because they “ran out”. The manager did nothing to rectify the issues. Services not as advertised! It’s like someone took a bad hotel and stuck Hampton’s name on it.

Overall nice and clean with a good breakfast.

Good breakfast, easy location to hWY 405 OR 5 and Southcenter mall. Small room but clean.

Very dissatisfied, will not be booking with a Hilton Hotel in the near future

Employees were kind and friendly. the man in the kitchen was helpful because out of food and he made some instant oatmeal for me.

Room dirty and TV didn't work . Light on desk had issues keep going dim and bright. Bedspread had yellow stain on one bed , and had hair on other bed.
