Le personnel est vraiment TRÈS TRÈS gentil Le lieu favorise la convivialité Petit déjeuner très complet et des pancakes super bon Très bien situé

Il manquait des fauteuils confortables dans les couloirs des étages pour les lève-tot ( décalage horaire), la salle commune est fermée et il n’y a pas d’autre lieu ou se poser confortablement en attendant de pouvoir sortir Il manque des rideaux aux lit pour plus d’intimité dans les dortoirs Le menage dans les dortoirs est leger on retrouve des fiches clients anciennes sous les lits

2 nuits avec petit déjeuner

Emplacement. Petit déjeuner inclus et aussi la personne du service du petit déjeuner (très accueillant). Tarifs raisonnables en comparaison des autres logements disponibles. Des espaces communs assez confortables.

L'accès à l'Auberge et à la chambre se fait par un escalier abrupte et étroit. Très compliqué avec ma valise de 23kg. La chambre donnait sur une rue très bruyante. J'ai eu une petite mésaventure quand la porte de la salle de bain s'est ouverte tandis que j'étais sous la douche (problème de serrure). Heureusement le jeune homme a été très délicat et gêné 😅

Location, location, location. I would come back again.

Breakfast was more than expected and I enjoyed it. Terrace was clean and has good view of the street. Lounge was large enough to accommodate visitors comfortably. Property was at very good location and

Booked female only room, but there was a man unexpectedly on a bed. A receptionist came to escort him out apologizing it was a mistake. There wasn’t any amenities in the shower.

Mauvaise adresse a éviter

Une fois le matin j ai trouvé le WC bouché y avait quelqu un qui est allé avant moi ,j'ai annonce ça au staff que y avait un WC bouché,ils ont réparé puis ils ont mis( hors service ).après 2jours d hébergement j ai trouvé une étiquette sur la porte de ma chambre y avait mon nom et y avait écrit en français et en anglais :s'il vous plaît pour des raisons d hygiène,il est important de faire votre lit avec des draps fournis a l arrivée,des frais de 50dollar par jours seront appliqués si ce n' est pas fait . J étais surpris de voir ça parce que a mon arrivée on m a donné seulement 2clefs et une serviette c tout ,le lendemain matin j ai range mon lit normalement y avait un couvre lit et une couette. Un jours alors que j était dans le salon près de la réception j entendais le propriétaire :c était donc vous !on vous cherchait partout votre lit est le 2 chambre 207 ?pour quoi vous n avez pas fait votre lit ?montrez moi où sont vos draps vous pouvez plus rester ici vous devez payer attendez c était quand votre arrivée je vais voire tout est noté ici allons voire ra chambre (je lui ai montre le lit il était range )je lui ai dit :j'ai trouvé seulement une couette sans le draps et on m a donné seulementles clefs et une serviette a mon arrivée, je lui ai dit regardez la chambre y a un problème d aération déjà on était obligé de dormir la fenêtre ouverte,il a dit oui c est vrai .je lui ai dit que je veux quitter cet établissement je vais prendre mes affaires et qu il me devait me rembourser les 50 dollars car je part un jour en avance ,il refuse il a dit que j ai droit a récupérer seulement la garantie qui était de 100 dollar .

The pictures are more beautiful than the real rooms

The chef is wonderful. He cooked the pancakes for us. The breakfast is good. There are yogurts and pancakes.The kitchen is beautiful. There are enough cooking facilities there.

The room facilities look old. The lockers in the room are too small. You cannot sit straight if you are on the lower bed of the bunk bed. It would be a lot better if there was a curtain to protect the privacy. The blankets are old and look unclean. You have to make your bed(changing the bedsheet and pillowcase). If you don't do it yourself, you will be fined 50 Canadian dollars. The front desk employee will require you to provide the full information (including your CVV) of your credit card as a guarantee of their hotel properties even though you already paid through Booking.com(Booking has already had all your credit card information and sent your credit card information to the hotel), which will cause great inconvenience for foreign travelers ( because the foreign banks do not protect the customers if there is any dispute in the transaction). The travelers will have to cancel the card because of the possible leak of the credit card information. There is only one public toilet on each floor for many dorms. The pictures are more beautiful than the real rooms.The room quality is at the lower end of the rooms at a similar price among the hostels in Montreal.

Une auberge chaleureuse

Une auberge chaleureuse où l'on se sent aisément "chez soi" avec des canapés pour lire un bon bouquin et un très bon petit déjeuner avec pancakes le matin. Le personnel a été arrangeant et adorable. La localisation est idéale aussi, proche du métro, de sites d'intérêt et de petits restaurants.

A Nice and Comfortable Stay

The hostel is in a great location in the Plateau which is close to public transit, restaurants, nightlife, and coffee. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I was fortunate to have a dorm all to myself on one night and booked a private room on my second perfect stay. I would stay here again in the future.

Like most hostels in Quebec, the building is older and there are no elevators. Although the rooms have a sink, there is no soap or anything to wash your hands or brush your teeth. The heating is controlled by the front desk which means you have to call them to change the thermostat and they don't allow you to go above a certain temperature.

Conforme à mes attentes, voire mieux qu'espéré. Très bon accueil, je recommande.

Très bon, complet et copieux petit déjeuner canadien (panecake et sirop d'érable ;-) entre autres) dans une bonne ambiance conviviale. Salon pour chiller ou pour rencontrer d'autres personnes, très agréable. Grande propreté des sanitaires et des chambres. Terrasse sur le toit de l'immeuble très appréciée, espace cosy, sympa pour lire ou pour profiter à l'air libre. Très bon accueil. Possibilité d'acheter des bouchons d'oreilles et des adaptateurs de prises électriques sur place, très appréciée.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable. Two pillows would be better. There isn't a lot of room in the 6 bed dorm for people and their stuff but luckily there was only 3 of us staying when I was there.

Satff were really nice. The location of the hostel is very good, with interesting market and restaurants near by. Since I'm vegan the breakfast was ok, for non-vegan people it's probably nicer.

The other girls in the room were messy (with a lot of clothes in the floor) and the room was not very clean. There was only one restroom (and two showers) for the floor, which can be difficult sometimes.

Really comfortable stay within this price range. Exceeded my expectations.

Breakfast was yummy and great coffee quality. Very friendly staff and really relaxing music. In general, the whole atmosphere was positive and comfortable.

Awesome

First the location is not far from The Montreal Museum of Fine Art and the Mcgill. And the room is so neat and tidy including the bathroom. What's the most important thing? The breakfast! The handsome gentlemen who i don't know the name greeted eveyone with a genuine smile and welcome you to the dining. What's more? The continental breakfast serve really a bunch of supplies of delicious food. Thank you so much for the good service and food. I'll be back! --Nicholas JZ Tang

Amazing hostel

Great, high quality hostel and amazing team! Hotel-standard breakfast with fresh pancakes served by people who will make your start into the day so much better :) Everything is in a 20-min walking radius.

Beds could be more comfortable and bunks could be higher. It's not possible to sit on the lower bunks.
