El desayuno bastante bien para ser tiempos de COVID, la ubicación muy buena

Property is clean and comfortable. The terrace with fire pits, lounging sofas and dining tables is a great place to relax at the end of the day. Staff was helpful and kind.
Although walkable, this property is on the other side of the river to Napa downtown. You can be ready to walk 15-20 min to get there if you are planing for a meal out.

Location was perfect for the dinner/ wine train 🚆
Beautiful place!
Across the street from the train depot.
Pricy!

All was good, sorry to say we had to pay for any extras! Was nice to get a water & a glass of wine when checking in. When seeing the price of stay there's a lot added to that!
Price, paid some added fees could be better when making reservations.

quaint
quiet location
close to downtown
I didn’t receive the final check out receipt I requested twice

Nice location, friendly staff, food was good. Short walk to restaurants, wine train.
Pricey for very little amenities, showers need updating, no hot tub or pool. Not all rooms have a patio or balcony.
Did see two Napa residents get into a fight on river walk. They were riding their bikes. Not sure what happened there.

The location was great
We did not like the privacy of the bathroom. The only thing separating the bedroom from the bathroom were shutters that you can see through and hear through..
There was also a vent outside our balcony that was noisy, couldn't keep our balcony slider open because of the noise.

location and rooms.
The cheese on our cheese try had mold! they made a new one and didn’t charge us… but plz ck before you eat!

the decor, location, rooms and friendly staff
price was a bit high and didn’t like the additional fee charged for wine sample upon visit, parking, use of gym and internet.

Our stay was pretty good! The rooms are clean, comfortable and updated. We liked being able to use bikes to ride around, with one hour complimentary use. The outdoor seating areas were very nice. The location of the hotel was great for exploring Napa.
The pillows could be replaced, as they were very thin and soft. But the beds themselves were comfortable!
We had a few things happen outside of the hotel's control while we were there that could have been handled better.
The power went out on night 1, and once the sun went down there was very little lighting in the way of flashlights or emergency lights. We sat outside and had some wine while we waited, and eventually they found a solution to get us checked in. It would have been a nice touch to comp the wine for the inconvenience, but they did remove the resort fee for that night. On that note, there is no need for a resort fee. This is a quaint inn, there is nothing resort-like about it (but yes it is a lovely inn).
On the second night, there was a domestic disturbance a couple of rooms away from ours. It took security some time to come, and when they did no one came to check on us despite the woman involved in the disturbance deciding to hide in our room. We didn't receive any sort of check-in or compensation for this very disturbing situation.
Definitely not the fault of the hotel for the power and domestic incident, but the customer service could have been better handled to rectify some of the inconvenience.

Nice place with excellent bar. Room comfortable and bathroom clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy and plentiful parking
Location isn't great for access to restaurants etc

Good location in downtown. It was close to the Napa train. Also close and walkable to restaurants. Very serene being by the water. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. Napa forever!
Overall check in was fine. They had trouble pulling up my reservation from booking.com. They offered me a river view room for my wait, which I appreciated. For breakfast, they only had drip coffee. I can't remember if they didn't have a machine or it was broken.

I loved having a fireplace.. the room was clean and the view with the balcony was very nice. Hotel was very close to downtown which was great, and it was nice they offered free water.
The pillows in the room were horrible. It made sleeping kind of hard.

Very large room, super clean with a nice patio. The room was large enough for us to bring our bikes in at night. It was very close to the downtown area and easy access to bike and walking trails. We loved our stay here.
Only things were a little disappointed with was there was no microwave in room and an assortment of drinks in the mini fridge as stated in the description of the room. Also the room we had was a little far from the parking area available. Otherwise, these were not issues that would keep up from coming back. We loved this hotel and look forward to future stays.

Nice Welcome drink when you check in at the hotel plus free bottle of water during you stay… Nice Restaurant in the area with bunch of wine list choices. The hotel located in the central area by walk or bike to the downtown Napa. Lots of parking spot available. Quiet and nice atmosphere otherwise Clean and Fresh.
Room size is a little bit too tight but feeling okay.

Beautiful property inside and out. The room was large and well laid out. the bed was comfortable. Nice restaurant/bar with friendly staff- The location was great
Check in was a little confusing but could have been that the young lady was new or not fully trained yet. All the other staff was amazing especially the valet who helped with our luggage.

There is a back trail along the River that takes you directly to Oxbow Market. it is a quiet location but steps from the action.
