Very convenient and lovely location!

Decor and cute outdoor space. So close to the seafront.

The pool hours meant that we arrived too late in the evening to swim and had to check out by 11 so didn’t have time.

I think the work that it needs is still in progress. No air conditioning so open windows left us vulnerable to outside noise.

Good basic, no frills stay in a good location.

Good location for East Beach. A large sized room which was clean with comfortable bed. Complimentary pastries and coffee was a nice bonus. Plenty of parking available.

Even though it was advertised clearly with booking, I feel like parking should be included in the price, like most hotels offer. Also our room 114 had no privacy, the large window that faced the bed was on level with the outdoor seating area that was popular with guests, feel like a privacy film should be added to the window.

La piscina sembrava carina anche se non l’abbiamo potuta utilizzare perché già chiusa la sera e ancora chiusa al mattino. La posizione lontana dal centro ma a pochi passi dalla spiaggia non male

Terribile la camera, non so le altre ma la 102 da evitare: bagno vecchio, accessori rugginosi, lavandino e finestra del bagno rotti. Parlare di colazione è un eufemismo: caffè, tè, mandarini vecchi e aspri e brioche confezionate … questo è tutto

OK für den Retro-Stop-over in Santa Barbara

In zweiter Reihe zum Strand, ca. 20 Min zu Fuss zum Pier, 45 Minuten zu Fuss nach Downton. Achtung: kostenlose Shuttle-Busse verfügbar. Hotelanlage im 50er Jahre-Retro-Stil, nett anzusehen aber eben auch 70 Jahre alt.

Zimmer / Türen / Bad sind schon mächtig angejahrt. Bad ist semi-renoviert, immer noch mit Wanne. Waschbecken im Zimmer. Kleines Frühstück wird angeboten, ist aber das absolute Minimum. Sparen sie sich die 15 Dollar fürs Parken, hinterm Haus in der Seitenstraße ist genug Platz und auch nicht unsicherer als der Hotelparkplatz (unbewacht).

Fabulous!

The location was exception and the room was wonderful. It is a short walk to the beach and lagoon.

Louvered doors on the bathroom were an odd choice as you can hear everything.

A comfortable, safe place at a reasonable price.

the location was great; near the beach and walkable to a few eateries. But not right in the snazzy part of downtown. (fine with me) The beds were comfortable, the room clean. You can tell it's an older building, but they recently repainted the rooms. The pool looked great, we didn't swim but a family was enjoying it. Nice that it is off the street.

Breakfast was referred to as a "grab and go". Microwavable egg sandwich or burrito. wrapped muffins. No fresh fruit. Those super sweet "yogurts" that aren't really yogurt. The coffee was hot and fine.

Süßes Hotel, nette Lage (etwas über 20 Minuten laufen zum „Zentrum“, Auto natürlich schneller), Pool, Zimmer recht geräumig

Sehr kleiner Frühstücksraum, aufgrund der Gegend deutlich teurer als gleichwertige Hotels in anderen Lagen

Although location was good, seemed expensive for what was offered.

Location was good…near the beach. Appeared that the Inn had been renovated not too long ago. Funky style but nice.

Not sure why there was $50 charge for incidentals as there was no room service (no restaurant) and no mini bar. Accidentally spilled some water in the floor...wiped it up and the white cloth was brown! I totally understand a fee for pets and appreciate that pets are allowed but can’t understand why this fee is charged daily instead of just once….seems like a bit of a “money grab”. However staff were friendly and accommodating.

Estadía muy confortable a pasos de East Beach

La ubicación a una cuadra de East Beach (la playa más linda de Santa Bárbara) . El tamaño de la habitación. La comodiad de la cama, el baño completo. El desayuno que ofrecen. La piscina. Te brindan toallas para la playa. La atención del personal excelente. El café muy bueno, las 24 hs disponible. Volvería a alojarme en este lugar.

El estacionamiento en el estableciomento es pago, aunque no es necesario porque se puede dejar el auto en la calle. No hacen la limpieza de la habitación diaria de rutina, hay que solicitar un día antes para la limpieza de la habitación.

Quality motel

Very nice motel. Large rooms and comfortable beds. Located meters away from East Beach, where we could see dolphins swimming in the morning. :-) Friendly staff.

Being accommodated for a late arrival.

Having to pay $15 for parking. It seemed unnecessary. A parking voucher could be included in the price of the stay. Due to the design of the building people's voices carry loudly from the central pool area.

PLEASANT INN at the BEACH. A+

The entire stay was pleasant. Clean. Polite staff. Courteous. Ample parking. Felt secure. Ideal for small families and business/quick stops. Cute Retro decor. Lots of stairs and made me think of an Escher painting (retro style)

Maybe a map to figure out which stairs to take to my room from the parking lot gate entrance. 🤔 I felt like a mouse .... guests with bad knees and ankles should be alerted to the LOTS OF STAIRS...and multiple levels. I didn't NOT like it.... but was glad other family with mobility issues were not with me.

Great location

Good location, spacious room. Very comfortable beds. There’s free on-street parking nearby which helps lower costs. Free breakfast is a plus.

Room itself is a little dirty, could do with a good clean around the skirting boards. Tiles broken in the bathroom, probably due to a lack of ventilation in the bathroom. No air con in room so would be quite hot in the summer.

Really nice place to stay! Would highly recommend!

This was booked very last minute and I think I got really lucky! We had 6 hotels in 2 weeks and this was our favourite room for overall comfort and quality. The Inn was easy to find, parking was no problem at all, we were a 2 minute walk to the beach and right next to the zoo. Staff were friendly, helpful, locally knowledgable and welcoming. We arrived right in the middle of the atmospheric river that nearly ruined our trip - that said, we couldn't have asked for a more comfortable place to take cover!

The only negative point at this hotel was how basic the breakfast was. I know nobody forced us to have it - but compared to the 5 other properties we stayed at on the trip, the options here were noticeably sparse. Not bad, but don't expect a vast menu. I feel bad even mentioning it because otherwise the place was perfect (other than the weather)
