Excellent location. Walking distance to many attractions in the Inner Harbor.

We liked the location of the property itself and the fact parking was included with your stay.
Communication among staff seemed to be poor, bathrooms smelled like throw up, and we somehow were given a double booked room. Due to this fact, while me and my friend were changing a man was able to break into to our room, thankfully we were able to convince him to go downstairs to the lobby to get another room. Even though we were not harmed this situation could have very well escalated and caused harm to me and my friend or worse. When we called the front desk shortly after the incident we were told that we were in the wrong room. When checking in I gave the employee working at the front desk all the correct information and told them I’d booked through booking.com. We were given an option between three rooms and were told we could pick any of them, there was never any indication that one of these rooms would have been someone else’s. When explaining this on the phone, the gentleman sounded dismissive and had an annoyed tone. Overall very unsatisfied with how this situation was handled and I will not be returning unfortunately, as I do not see risking my safety worth it.

Great location.
The staff wasn’t friendly. The decor was outdated and kind of dingy.

Location. Great staff, super helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Sheets were clean, bed comfortable. Perfect for one night
A bit worn/old. Wet carpet in my room, no milk for sale in "store", smelled a little musty.

Didn’t like that I already paid a good amount for the stay but also had to pay for parking

It was ok but need more choices
Room and hallway smelled like smoke. I specifically requested non smoking.
Safety box didn't work

Maintenance man was very drunk when we had a problem and the manager didn’t seem to care. Parking garage scary and no handicap parking.
The staff, the cleanliness, and maybe some people who actually care.

Not much really. Good parking lot (but expensive). Close to amenities.
Accessibility at the front was awful for my mom with her walker and nobody helped us find the accessible door just down the building a bit until the second night. Rooms and common areas were shabby. Fixtures were old and worn out. Receptionist and other staff were not very friendly. Breakfast was almost nonexistent. Tea choices were poor. Looked like a prostitute or drug user dropping off her lighter to the receptionist. Hotel safe didn’t work.

It was a great location, as we were there for a concert on the next block.
No pool, no restaurant, very little staff. Our cabinet door to the refrigerator was broken and hard to use. Big stains on the floor. They had no hand soap.

close to the hospital, within walking distance
- house keeping did not clean the room daily
- bath towels remains on the floor during my stay
- carpet was not clean and room wasn’t fresh
- hall lights were out, had to move to different room
- same issues there
- I was charged for 4 days of parking; only parked 2days at the hotel

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Great location.
Safe in room didn't work. Had to get a different room because our key cards didn't work.

Great staff all around very helpful and did their best to help out in any way.
Over pending my account $1400 for a $800 dollar room. Then bed sheets had blood on them. Fridge and several left over Togo boxes in it plus clothes in the drawers as well. Seems like house keeping over looked the dresser and fridge.

Super close to CFG Bank Arena and central to the Inner Harbor
The breakfast was only offered from 6:30-9:30 and had very very limited quantities still at 9 am. There was a used bar of soap left in the shower. Soap remnants were in the soap dish by the sink. Also several pieces of either facial or pubic hair left in the sink.
