Un service parfait, un spa agréable, une tranquillité inespérée et des repas très au-dessus de nos attentes.

Le balcon donnant sur le coucher de soleil et le terrain de golf!
Accès payant au Spa et piscine !!!

Very comfortable bed, large room with a partitioned-off section with a couch
Our room was on the ground floor facing the golf course, so I would have liked a privacy sheer on the patio doors.

We enjoyed a delicious dinner in the dining room overlooking Lake Champlain. The service in the restaurant as well as at the front desk were exemplary.

Very clean, friendly and thoughtful staff. Staff available to help you. Nice areas, nice view. Everything near bye. Walking distance to the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
I would definitely come back.

Room quality, spacious, clean and modern.
The restaurant was amazing at night. The menu was varied and the food was incredible. As for the breakfast, it was good.
The Spa is a must to do. Great, relaxing and plenty of space. They have lockers with a key bracelet so you don't have to bring a card with you.
So many thing that was amazing at this little place.
They had a wedding going on, so it was a bit crazy... Didn't get the best welcome or attention as the staff seems all over the place which it's understandable with the circumstances. But later that night, we had great service with the reception or any staffs.

the food was good.
the massages were only soso, and the baths were not really what I was expecting.
8.0 / 10.0
Big room with fridge, no kitchen
Open bathroom, separated with a curtain from the bedroom, with closed shower and closed off toilet
Nice spa/wellness
Free parking, wheels required to get here
Golf course right behind the hotel (for the fans)
On the lake shore
Big room with limited furniture/decorating meant the room missed character and cosines

All was good. Staff was helpful and they welcomed us for supper even if we arrived close to restaurant closure.
Expensive

The rooms were very pretty, up-to-date and clean. There were many channels on the TV to watch for those who choose that. We loved the rotating wall in the room as well. Very cool looking room.
Le Greg restaurant that is in the hotel is absolutely delicious although expensive. Small portions too.
The Noah spa was a great experience too, although the staff seemed completely clueless
We loved the nice art that were portrayed on the hallway walls. There was also a golf course for those who wanted to participate.
They had bikes that you can bike around with.
The staff, although nice, seemed a bit unorganized.
Certain things, like the Noah Spa, needs to go through reception to book, but other things like the Greg Restaurant has to be reserved with the restaurant. There were package deals we were told were there but were a bit confusing.
We had called a few days in advance to reserve for the spa through reception but were told that we didn't need to and that it wouldn't be a problem, only to then be told that there was a wedding that weekend and because of all the guests booking at the spa, there was no more space.
We were also not told that we needed to have sandals to get into to spa, otherwise they don't let you in. You can buy them from the spa for near 20$ but also, they only had 1 pair and the rest was backordered. Although their intention was good, them offering us to wear sandals from the lost and found as an option wasn't very accommodating, let's say.
We were also told by the reception that there weren't any markets or boutiques around since it's a small town, but we found quite a few only a few minutes away by walk. Felt like they wanted us to stay at the hotel instead of spend elsewhere.
The location wasn't the best for exploring, but the view of the lake from the hotel and spa was pretty

The rooms were large.
You had to make reservations for breakfast. I also witnessed them turn down hotel guests for dinner because they didn’t make a reservation. The restaurant was empty and given the lack of restaurants in the area later in the evening I found this to be poor service.

I spent a nice little stay with my partner. The golf course is beautiful and the restaurant la table d'hôte was divine. The only drawback is when there are weddings and the guests have taken the parking of the people staying at the hotel.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, easy to access and free parking. Good but expensive breakfast. The room was well appointed, but the air conditioner was noisy.
Air conditioner was noisy. When I called the front desk they said they’ll come right away, but they didn’t. Second call got someone to come, but she said, “that’s normal,” and did nothing. After 6pm there was no one at the front desk. There were no luggage carts. When I asked, the receptionist said someone stole it. Ice machine had virtually no ice in it- wouldn’t even half fill an ice bucket.

clean and modern minimalistic deco, good size rooms
All good except one lady on the front desk of the Noah Spa, dry-talking, she said: no English (I am bilingual but within 10 minutes of the border and presence of english speaking guest, makes no sense)

Nice Hotel with fantastic Restaurant. Nice Room and very friendly Staff.
Because of Covid there was no Room cleaning or anything in your room made. We stayed there for a week with 2 small kids and at the end it was very dirty in our room. The only thing you could do, put your trash and dirty towels in front of your Hotel room and wait till it was collected. For fresh towels you had to ask at the front desk. I had dirty coffee cups and dirty drinking glasses in my room for a whole week standing around.
I would go there again but not until there is roomservice / cleaning again.

A lovely spot on the lake and a lovely little community. A grocery store/SAQ (liquor outlet) a couple of blocks away if you wanted to buy some snacks to have in your room. Lovely restaurant and great staff working there. A nice spot for a short get-away!
There could have been more info provided as to how to access the spa and the golf course that is all part of the location. We know it is Quebec but if they want more travelers from out of province/country, there should be some brochures/info sheets in the room that are in English, as well as French, giving details on the spa or golfing.

The hotel room is nice
However no room service you need to get food towels ect yourself.
The restaurant is always booked up
And the choices for your room are small portions
Ridiculous overpriced food Le Greg Bistro … ie a “Caesar salad” is 17$ its a leaf
The spa is nice so i would recommend the spa for a day trip
But hotel is not worth it sorry
Overpriced and lack of services

Pleasantly surprised with Greg's Bistro. The food was excellent. The room was large and very quiet even if there was a wedding the night we stayed. Great view of the lake. The Spa was also excellent. By far nicest facilities in Venise-en-Québec and makes a great escape week-end (golf, dinner, spa)
They were noticeably under staffed (as is everywhere in 2021) but the staff worked hard and were always wearing a smile. Be patient. 4-star hotel trying to be a 5-star hotel.

Le Greg restaurant was excellent
Le spa Noah, unfortunately had no control as to who paid and was able to use the baths. We found out people didn’t pay and we did.

The photos on booking.com give the false impression that the sauna is included in the hotel stay. It is not. The saunas are part of an adjoining spa facility that is not affiliated to the hotel and brings no advantages. This is FALSE ADVERTISING and these images must be removed or clearly marked otherwise.
