Good one nights' stay when going on a cruise

I was on a first floor walkout and the view was spectacular. My room was large and comfortable. There was a restaurant on site, which was really helpful because I had no mode of transportation and I am not a fan of being a solo taxi passenger. The hotel also offered free shuttle to the cruise port about 1/2 mile away, which was a huge bonus for me and unexpected.

I'm sure being on the water has a lot to do with this, but my room felt damp and smelled mildewy. Also, while I would still give this hotel a good rating, primarily due to it's proximity to the cruise port, I do think it is overpriced and the restaurant, while good, was outrageously overpriced.

Very pleasant stay definitely will come back in the future.

Walking distance from the venue, clean rooms, friendly staff, wonderful pool area, and great environment.

Parking fee for each days stay is a lot, it should be one standard rate for the one car registered to the main guest.

Smród i stęchlizna w pokoju a do tego wszystko się kleiło. Winda jakby miała się rozlecieć podczas wjeżdżania :( ogólnie tragedia ponieważ zarezerwowałem hotel na 7 nocy a po jednej wymeldowaliśmy się i uciekliśmy z tego brudu. W tej samej cenie znalazłem 5 gwiazdek Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa, który mega polecam. Ogólnie ten smród podszywający się pod markę Hiltona nie polecam nikomu. Okolica tragiczna.

Very relaxing with beautiful views. Minutes from the Queen Mary and Aquarium of the Pacific.

The view from a water view room was amazing. The grounds and pool area were very calming. Food was delicious. The size of a king deluxe was wonderful. Very spacious.

The only two things that I could see improving was there wasn’t any local information or restaurant information in the room. It is always nice to know what is in an area of a hotel. My only other thing was the bathroom door. It is a sliding white glass barn door. It was lacking in privacy for me.

It was okay

I liked everything it's just very expensive like I thought atleast bearkfast would be included.. we ate at the restaurant and my bill was 2 and 3 hundred per meal it was just alot

I feel the experience was great I didn't like that I put I would pay at the hotel and my reservation was canceled.. I'm glad they were able to get me a room when I was on the plane but that would have been terrible if I had showed up

The only issue I had was that I was charged for a bill at Fuego and I never ate there. I had went to the front desk and they said they needed to do an investigation. I had to call a hundred times to speak to someone. Then when I did get ahold of someone they told me I had to speak to the restaurant manager. Had to call a hundred more times and when i finally did speak with the manager he told me the exact same thing the front desk staff said. They needed to investigate. After about two weeks the refund showed up in my bank account. I was relieved.

The hotel is dated. The rooms need upgrading. It was very noisy. The hotel was old and dirty. we were given a room with no view of the garden. Instead, we overlooked a driveway and a dirty area.
