Room was comfortable with little outside noise. I will stay again if back in the area.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good quality. Location was adjacent to the Expo Center.

Price of room was raised $40 on Friday night and $50 on Saturday over the Thursday night rate. Clean wash cloths were not left during service on Friday.

Stay was decent just not what i expected for the money. I will choose a different location next year

Breakfast was ok. Location was good. Staff were nice and accommodating.

No elevator, carpet on stairs was filthy, didn’t want to touch the railings, black beetle bug in room, toilet had to be fixed, phone didn’t work, just run down. Awful for the price i paid.

Other than location I would not recommend this property at all.

Paying over $300 for this room was outrageous. I refused to use the shower( bath tub pictures). Breakfast food I tried were awful.

Not worth the price

Breakfast was decent, the hallway to the rooms is the worst part. The carpets are dingy and the walls need painting. The room wasn't that bad. You could hear the people in the hallway really good. Needs some work!!! Probably won't stay there again.

didn’t even stay

it was so bad from the outside we did not even stay there. people smoking pot in the parking lot curtains were all in disarray and looked terrible. we drove in and right back out. had to find another hotel and almost did not get a room due to ball tournaments. ended up getting two nights at two separate hotels and paying more than expected. would not go back.

We did not stay and were forced to lay 400.

We attempted to cancel our stay and they would not cancel it even though we could no longer stay. It was filthy and the pool was broken. Do not stay here.

Room was a dump. Only a sheer curtain on the window. The whole parking lot could see in. Bathroom floor was sticky, my shoes stuck to it. Hallway carpet was stained and nasty on first floor. Lighting was very dim.

requested a ground floor room when i made my reservation non were available when i arrived.

parking lot had deep pot holes requested a ground floor room when i made my reservations back in march. when we arrived they said no ground floor rooms available . I even put it on my reservation form.

I won't be staying at this property again and now question all CHOICE properties.

The A/C worked well! Room reasonably clean; didn't have housekeeping coome in while we were there (covid) precaution.

The huge potholes in the parking lot; couldn't even drive around them; dangerous...waiting for an accidental fall, tripping, etc. Carpet, vents, walls filthy!!! Didn't want to touch handrails, walls. A/C in the public areas was not good---warm, humid air. The torn curtain in our room; cut from top to the bottom. Also, as we drove in,we could see all the damaged, crooked windows. Another major problem; no one was informed by telephone, online, etc. that there were no Elavators! Elderly couples on our floor had a very difficult time navagating the stairs!! Unethical to not acknowledge this when reservations are made. Additionally, there was no protocal for any kind of Covid protection.
