Location was very close to Rouff Music Center where our NKOTB concert was.

I didn’t care for there being a hold on our account for incidentals of $20.

My husband commented that it was like a motel 6 . Being a marriotbit should have a better facility

No breakfast unless you ordered and payed. Not good.

Romm was terrible. Broken tile in the bathroom. Wayer faicet dripping. Made service bsd and actually left dirty towels. Location was next to a jail.

It was one night and the room needs maintained better.

King bed was very comfortable.

Sofa sleeper was very poor. No trash bags in the room. Lights beside bed were falling off the wall. Curtains were broken so the would not shut all the way. Left about a 6 inch gap in the center.

Overall it was good for the few days we stayed.

Location was very good. Room was clean. Bathroom light over sink was not bright enough. Lots of rust on bottom of outside shower doors. Need more lighting in room, especially by the wall mirror. Not enough space to hang clothes in the wardrobe. We could hear the people in the room above walking around at night and could hear all the other rooms on either side of us slamming their door. The flashing smoke detector was annoying all night.

Would Stay Again

All staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet and felt safe.

Pillows were too dense (hard) for my taste. Room decor could be freshened up.

The room was nice other than being so grossly dirty

The lobby was very nice and huge! Plenty of seating.

There was a huge using stain on my pullout bed. The mattress was thin and very uncomfortable I would share a phot here if I knew how. When I showed the checkout person the photo all she said was she would make more to have them do a deep cleaning in that room. Like they haven’t seen this was an issue before today. There was also a nasty spot on the floor. Stains on the couch etc. also when we checked in the clerk said we could have got this room for $116. If we would have booked directly with them instead of using a 3rd party The description also said this room slept 5 people. No way without 3 people in one bed.

Location was convenient, the building and out room was very clean and the help from staff was excellent.

I know that good help is hard to find, but breakfast could have been a little quicker, but understand it is tough to make food when you are by yourself.

Night staff was nice

When arriving older man was rude and was confused how we booked through booking.com. Never again using booking.com and hotel. Very disappointed. I will post on social media what we went through. We should of gotten a refund. Also no air conditioner it was 93 degrees for the weekend

Great room poor breakfast

The room was clean and comfortable.

For the price they charge for the room, it should have included a free breakfast. The breakfast menu options were terrible. Prices to high and I saw nobody eating breakfast during my stay. I'm sorry to say this but we went to McDonald's.

Not the worese place bit will mot return to this location

The lobby was clean and staff was friendly.

The carpet in room looked dirty, the shower wasn’t cleaned with long black hair on shower walls and dirt/mold around tue shower floor and door. Also the towel rack fell off the walls.
