Mediocrity at premium prices

This was a place to lay our heads for the night……… nothing more

Large hotel with numerous accommodations. The facilities are dated, run-down and leave much to be desired. I’m French times worn facilities can make up for their age with cleanliness. While the facilities were clean, they were not overly so. There was nothing really exceptional about this property During our stay, we entered a dirty room and had the air let out of our tires in the parking lot. It was a less than desirable experience.

Probably leak on the toilet floater or some. It make some noise like water running every 20 minutes or so

We loved everything from our room to the restaurant food was really good too and kids eat free if your staying so that was a bonus.

Pool had a weird smell but overall it was still fun

Relaxing getaway

Breakfast was delicious and nice and quiet. Jacuzzi in the room was exactly what we needed and worked great. Our stay was quiet and relaxing and the room was huge.

The staff was wonderful.

We got food poisoning from the restaurant. Our bedspreads had stains on them. And the pool and jacuzzi were filthy.

Clean, well decorated, and friendly staff. The pool was open late which is rare. I appreciated that breakfast was available to order but a buffet style setup would have been easier and quicker.

The restaurant is only open until 9pm so I almost didn’t get to eat after arriving from a late flight. The heating system in my room also was not functional and smelled like smoke when I tried to raise the thermostat.
